It looks like Lycra Boy is SA resident and has not been UK resident for some time and now holds an Irish Passport. He is also not qualified as a financial adviser: there would be no reason to expect him to know anything about ISAs. Obvs, doesn't stop him coming on all strong as an expert, same as he is expert about all sorts of stuff. The best one was his expert understanding of group accounting for inter company loans in UK Company Law. Pity he got it completely wrong but that is experts for you.

As I said do a DCF on Bilbale. There has been enough modelling on here; even a bit slow accounts receivable clerk should be able to do a DCF.

0.25p is 5x and so about £10mil market capitalisation. Do some DCF or NPV calcs or SOTP analysis and see what the numbers come out at.

As DL said; 1. he is not buying because he is up to his nuts in inside information and 2. RRR has multiple assets that could return 10x on their own....

A lot going on and RRR gets presented new deals all the time as do I. There is a shortage of capital out there and there are deal to be had. The window to get them might not be there for ever.

With a good cashflow commencing in about two weeks RRR can take advantage.

Dukey, as I said you are TAF. What discounted shares? I was buying in the market a couple weeks back at 0.0425p. You could have done the same but you didn't. I will let you buy them in a few weeks @0.25p if you ask nicely.

Dukey, in what way does the shares being issued affect anyone? It does affect you and your fellow trolls because you are not shareholders. The only thing that matters right now is that Bilbale is brought into production in the next couple of weeks.

Ok Dukey, I explained all this a couple of weeks back but because we both know you are TAF, I will do a shortened version so your attention span might get you through the end of it.

For something to be a placing there needs to be a "Placing Agent". For there to be a Placing Agent there needs to be a "Placing Agreement". So the company has a formal written agreement with the agent (someone who acts on behalf of the company: look up the law of agency). The Agent acting on behalf of the company procures the investment monies, takes the investment monies in and passes it over to the company net of costs.

If the company does anything to infringe the placing agreement the agent can renege on the placing agreement and send the monies back to the Placees.

Where a company takes monies directly, it is called a Subscription and is not part of the Placing Agreement.

Where a company issues shares in lieu of payment it is not subject to a Placing Agreement.

Since no Placing Agreement, there are no fees/costs/commissions and no Broker Warrants.

What RRR did yesterday, was definitively not a placing. If you had any legal training and any expertise in this area, you would know this.

Happens all the time.

I had warrants in a company; the drill results were due any day. Certainly in the next 48 hours. I was £30k in the money on the warrants, I had all the forms out and had completed them. I was thinking it through, what if? The CEO had been ramping the shares just the day or so before. All I had to do was scan the forms, tx the readies (which I had) and email the forms. I could forward sell on my account once I had exercised and so no risk. Being greedy, I decided not to do it and wait. The results came out the next morning and there was oil but it wasn't commercial. Missed out on £30k; luckily, I had previously sold my shares and exercised other warrants and so overall did okay but £30k wasted because of greed.
