News, they are full of puffed up self importance. £15 worth of shares between them and they want to call an EGM? It just shows how stupid they are, they don't know how to call EGM or how one is run.

Listen FW's, to call an EGM you need to own or represent 5%+ of the issued share capital. To carry the EGM you need 50%+1 of the shares voting. So good luck with your £15 worth of shares. If you want to be more than just windbags, you best get buying.

It seems that RRR and their lawyers tried to get him to back down over a period of three weeks and couldn't so it went to trial and at the last minute he agreed so as to not have it proceed to court. So it seems it didn't actually make it to court. Usually, what happens there, is that the parties have to go into the court to state that they have settled and then the case is withdrawn. The court then says the case is withdrawn subject X, Y and C. Given that the case is scheduled, the parties can't simply not turn up.

Anyway, you should have a look at CLNs, they are a no-brainer as long as the company concerned doesn't get wound up at a loss or there isn't senior debt that ranks ahead.

Obviously, you have experts on here who understand nothing who will disagree but WGAF?

Time to do something useful.

Colin , I am not sure but there was a former investor called Gary who was threatened with legal action,Bell used shareholder money to get a court order to trace his IP address only to discover he was posting on RRR LSE from his work desk.Bell immediately informed his employer and he got the sack on top of losing all his money he had invested on the back of Andrew lies and his wife soon left him after that. I meet him once at an AGM by that stage he had lost everything and he looked and smelt like he wasn't looking after himself ,he was eventually escorted out of the meeting by a couple the directors not sure if he is still alive i wouldn't be surprised if he committed suicide .

Basically poor old Gary learnt the hard way, this is why AB and S(grasshopper)K are commonly regarded as the 2 most dangerous individuals you are ever likely to meet.If Gary was/is still alive he would confirm this.

NB I don't know how much of this is true.

News, when a contractor's invoice is settled by the issue of shares or a CLN is converted or a loan is settled or warrants are exercised or there is a placing or subscription, the parties involved would only be disclosed if they are connected parties.

I have converted CLNs and exercised warrants in multiple companies, my identity was never disclosed nor was disclosure requested.

In other cases, my equity position, loan position and warrant position were disclosed because it was required.

These people have no understanding, an agenda and an over active imagination.

Nike, that was referring to Sam. They were speculating that Sam couldn't have an ISA because he wasn't a British Citizen: Sam is a British Citizen.

Nationality has nothing to do with eligibility for an ISA in any case. To have an ISA one needs to be UK tax resident. You need to disclose your NI number when setting one up.

News, Zumore is on filter. He is another who just prattles on with no understanding. He had people telling him as the same back in 2014; they were telling him to give it a rest and stop being repetitive. He was also a mate of Tragic's. Tragic used to post constantly multiple times a day the same drivel. He used to attack me on a regular basis that he knew more about the CLNs than me: I negotiated the deal, dealt with paperwork, had a copy of the paperwork, put my own money in and raised the balance. As with others on here, he understood nothing about what a CLN was and/or how it worked. Same with the royalty agreements. No matter how many times the CLNs were explained to him he refused to accept it.

So, I have no idea what Zumore was on about and I am not going to check.

Zumore, was never a RRR shareholder, he was in RGM and was a mate of Gary Carp's. It was he that posted that GC lost a load of money, his house and his wife as a result of underestimating what a court case is all about.
