Royalty agreements are contractual. The rights and obligations are quite specific including reporting and payments. I know because I have some and therefore know the format they follow because it is pretty standard.

As we all know, Soma had to change the wording in the latest AR regarding the royalty. If the auditors don't think it is an actual liability once production restarts, why the need to change the wording? We also all know the proximate cause for the change.

Soma should be starting production at El Limon next two or three weeks. Gold is holding up well. As a result the royalties should come in pretty quickly. NB paid quarterly in arrears, so if production does start on schedule, first royalty payment from the restart should be August. The first payment won't be much but it will establish the schedule for payments. Soma says initially 100 tpd ramping up to 200 tpd. The rise in Soma's so is probably anticipating the restart........

It will also change the discount factor in the NPV calculation. The result will be a higher NAV: just under $3m outstanding, call it $2m NPV. It is not far short of RRR's market capitalisation.

As AB keeps saying, DRC could be any day. 😁

RRBB you either missed the whole of English Comprehension in school or English is not your first or second language. "Likely" is not did or will. CDI never raised outside capital and therefore, I never could have been a shareholder.

1. Not worried.

2. You were told repeatedly that it was two separate companies. One was registered in England & Wales and the other in Gibraltar. They had different Companies House numbers. You were told where to find the charge documentation on Companies House but you either couldn't or didn't look at the charge. It confirmed that the charge was in favour of a company registered in Gibraltar. The document was signed by an executive of Riverfort. I remember you pleading for someone to go on Companies House Gibraltar to get the information about the Directors because you either didn't want to pay or couldn't afford it. This went on for months. I remember you insisted that someone had to prove it to you. Deluded.

3. "Involved" a word loved by Lefties along with "associated with". I suggested to AB that he pick up licences in Zim, CDI and BF. The original idea was to package them up and list them. I never at any point said I was a shareholder in CDI. In fact, I have repeatedly said I am not (mainly because repeatedly is your middle name).

4. Again, repeatedly, I didn't try to buy the charge. I was offered a residual amount of a loan along with the charge and said no. That was the end of it.

You really are one of the most repetitively boring people on the planet.
