I have on numerous previous occasions outlined how CLNs work and explained how we are not too interested in whether the share price is higher or lower. I have had you and the sock puppet going on about how I am trying to ramp the SP and now suddenly you realise that it doesn't matter. The best position to be in is that of secured lender, the next best is to be a CLN holder. Typically, by being a CLN holder you give up a bit of equity upside but CLN holders are lenders.

No, we currently own it. If we didn't own it, why would POW need to pay £1.00 for 50%? The answer is that it wouldn't. No, consideration has passed and RRR owns 100% of RRAL.

You don't understand basic Contract Law. You can't sell something you don't own. If we didn't own 100% of RRAL we couldn't sell 50% to POW for £1.00. The £1.00 is required because there has to be consideration when something is sold. If no consideration then no contract and no sale. RRR owns 100% of RRAL and in effect POW has an option to buy 50% which it can exercise under certain conditions.
