Plonker. Juno was spending a lot of money and time exploring for lithium and REE. Nothing resulted and given where the lithium price is at the moment, what was the point? It looks to me that they realised monetising Mt Mason was beyond them and the lithium and REE stuff was displacement activity. Only IMHO.

The deal they have isn't particularly great but the royalty will be worth having if Mt Mason is brought into production.

6mil tonnes at USD120, 2% royalty is circa USD14mil. Note the tenements are not fully drilled. It is likely that there is more resource.

A couple of hints:

management time has been taken up with Mt Mason, that will no longer be the case.

That leaves Mt Ida. All the stuff about the lithium was a waste of time and money.

Management can now concentrate on Mt Ida. Finding and completing on new deals would take months and they would then need to fund it. So for maybe six months, Mt Ida is the only game in town.

NB once RRR has it's judgement issued, there is nowhere else for anyone to go to dispute ownership. RRR can then pursue it's claims against other parties in the UK courts or the Swiss courts. 😃😉

Not relevant RRBB. This works like opportunity cost in economics. One silo is no royalty and the other silo is $3m in royalties: which is better? $3m in royalties or no royalties?

All the other drivelling changes nothing about whether the restart of the royalties is good news for RRR or not.

Is Soma pumping the restart of El Limon? Yes or no? Has it said the restart is mid-June and June? Does RRR have a circa $3m royalty?

Speccy, you miss the point. If at this stage with days to go to the intended restart at El Limon mill if there was any doubt about the restart or the timing would Soma be pumping it? I think not, only my very humble opinion. So at the moment things look okay but as always, it ain't done till it is done.
