We are now in July, Soma should be confirming start of production shortly, they finished up 8.5% yesterday. Likely the market anticipating the restart.

The assets Soma has are now different.

What the restart of El Limon does is give them marginality. They are slightly profitable without it. The marginality makes Soma seriously profitable. It also gives them redundancy: El Bagre has been off line for various reasons over the last two years.

The upside for RRR is the repayment of the $2.8m.

No downside for RRR.

IMHO RRR should have added interest to the $3m at the point of sale.

At one point they were talking about relocating the mill to the El Bagre site but they didn't. Three reasons for not moving it; new permitting, cost and they would be moving it further away from it's future supply.

The gold ore is coming from the El Limon tenement mined by regularised miners, El Cordero and other sources. Soma has previously said that the former illegals produce a higher grade because they can be more picky. Soma has also said that it intends to restart production on the El Limon tenement.

Soma has previously said it's own grade 6/8 g/t.

To be be clear , since you are the World's Greatest Partly Qualified accounts clerk: 100% of the revenue accrues to Soma Gold. From that it pays it's costs. One of its costs is the royalty. The royalty is a Net Smelter Royalty; certain costs are allowed before calculating the actual royalty but not all costs. We have no interest in how much Soma does or doesn't make.

Soma has to account in full to RRR: it is the nature of royalty agreements. RRR has the right to audit (standard on royalty agreements, if you had some you would know).

Do the numbers accounts clerk and report back.
