The person who offered me the RRR is not an Insider with RRR or connected with RRR. He offered it to me because we have done deals together in the past. Why try to dress everything up to aid your agenda?

As to lending RRR some money; yes I did, for no fee and no interest on the basis of a quick phone call and no security. It wasn't big money, no more than £30k. I hate to tell you this but I have similar for other companies. Not everyone sees the world through the eyes of a jaundiced audit clerk.

Lets just take one assertion that you keep making: that I am a shareholder in CDI. CDI has never raised outside capital, you know this. This has been put to you several times. On one occasion, you said, oh well it might have been a loan. So you knowingly, repeatedly make false assertions and that when the nonsense is pointed out you then move on from being a shareholder to being a lender. This is at odds with your assertions about being the World's Greatest Part Qualified Accountant and an expert on companies. How could such a person confuse the difference between shares and loan?

The reality is that you constantly drivel on without any attempt at consistency or sense because you think that in some way it impart on RRR negatively.

Going forward, you might need therapy.

Again, go and look at the FCA website for the definition of what an Insider is. I can confirm again, I hold no Inside Information and am not an Insider.

- "mate of Bells." I am not a mate of Bell's, this is business, I have met him maybe 4 times.

- has lent RRR money in a personal capacity. Yes, the company needed money quickly to deal with amongst other things court fees. I sent them money, without charging a fee and without charging interest: on more than one occasion but all some time ago.

- tried with a mate to buy a charge on RRRs assets. Another lie, as you know. I was offered an outstanding loan by the owner which had a charge over RRR assets: I said no.

- Major holder in Elephant Oil which RRR also holds part of. Shareholder, not major shareholder.

- 10% interest in ALR and party to the Lithium fiasco. No fiasco except in your imagination.

- holder of RRR outstanding CLNs. So are other people, are they "Insiders" too?

- 10% interest in FASO and Cote Yet more lies. I have never been a shareholder in Cote. As I understand it Cote has never raised outside capital, so it would be difficult for me to hold shares. I have told you repeatedly, I do not hold 10% of FASO.
