I have no doubt whatsoever that this is a short term blip for CAR-T.

I have confidence in the research, the development, the manufacturing.and the people Hemo have expressed their confidence in resolving any issues

Whatever the reason for the hold - the CAR-T journey to the clinic will be completed IMO

I think the interviews were done before the clinical hold. So I don't think the video gives any major indication about the current IND

We know that Vlad and the team are working on the solution and may have received the letter by now.

So we still await an update on IND

What we saw though was a highly skilled, highly engaged team. Vlad has talked about the great flexibility Hemo possess has a small company. So, depending on what was/is required to remove hold, he has a lot of capable and highly motivated to address it.

LHers learnt not to speculate.

Interesting to see a new poster called "Reformatted" today though - I know that overly detailed, poorly formatted IND submissions have been know to be the reason fo a clinical hold.

@Reformatted Many of those read transactions ARE buys

1.5p / 2p / 2.5p - As a long term Hemo investor I can genuinely and categorically say that non of those prices are on my radar

4p is my first target - It would be higher, but I personally think that targeting 5-10p in the current market conditions is unrealistic. Clearly though, it is progress and news from Hemo that will ultimately drive the share price - I'd love to know what mCap Vlad and the board are targeting. From memo Vlad's tranche 2 options vest. (My understanding is that this investment represents the vast majority of Vlad's total investments)

The timing and next steps for Clinical Trials have not been shared publicly yet

It's feasible that the time it takes Hemo to resolve the clinical trial may not all translate to a delay in trials. They may be able to shorten the gap between FDA approval and the start of trials.

It's also likely that whatever Hemo are doing to clear the hold, will also increase the chances of success in trials

Stu is a serial liar and manipulator, almost always negative and the only time he has ever got anything correct is when Hemo have indeed experienced a small setback (IND took a little longer than we all hoped (FDA state that this is a very common issue for sponsors) and the FDA have put a clinical hold on the IND)

This forum is unbalanced - it is now almost exclusively dominated by traders. It's no longer a place at which Long Term Holders choose to waste their time. This that read this forum get to read about all the things that could go wrong and even more things about Hemo that are not accurate and is simply manipulation.

This forum now lacks regular posts of what could happen from a positive shareholder perspective.

I will be pulling together a plotted history of CAR-T at the weekend and sharing it on my group. Reminding the 80-strong group of those interested in Hemogenyx of the journey from Lab to Clinical Trials - reminding us all of the opportunity, it's huge potential, it's encouraging performing in the lab, the market opportunity, our partners and collaborators and the changes it had on the business.

JHFH is doing what the rest of the 90% holders are doing. Getting on with life and not engaging with the BS on here. This forum is just a playground in which the bully bears are playing.

What is relevant and important is the work going on in NY where Hemo are already addressing the reason for the clinical hold. They are in no doubt that they will take CAR-T into the clinic.

The SP is merely a reflection of the buying and selling in the market right now. My shareholding, like many other LTHers, was already set. I'd bite your arm off to add more at this price but I don't have the funds right now.

This SP does not reflect the value of the company I have researched and 8nvested in. But...share prices do not always reflect a fair value all the time, currently they reflect the balance of buys and sells. Bears are in charge, but this will change when we get a positive update from the company

HT, Vlad does know what the main reason is and they are working on it now. The good news is Vlad has no doubt whatsoever that CAR T is going clinical.

Vlad is not saying it is a major issues he is purely referring the biggest issue that FDA have.

I can 100% vouch for the response from Dr Sandler that Kingpin has posted.

Frankly I don't really care how many shares Kingpin owns. I have no reason to doubt him, particularly given the authenticity of his Hemo response

Sad that share prices can get trashed so easily by the minority. But the good news is that as/when Hemo show progress the share price can move even quicker.

Nothing has changed since the RNS - we still don't know whether the clinical hold turns out to be something relatively trivial or something requiring a bit more effort.

SP is now 50% lower than Pre RNS. Even at that point the mCAP was low Vs comparable Biotechs.

As i have shared before, I do think a drop in share price was justified given the RNS.

The share price has dropped by 50% - my perception is this has been driven by some aggressive moves from the BEARS, some weak hands selling, some holders trying to trade in an attempt to avg down and selling from some short term traders who had invested pending the FDA milestone.

Only 10-15% og HEMO shares have been transacted since the RNS - and some of these IMO are likely to originate from the same investors buying and selling.

The upshot? Hemo is now valued at just £12m (with up to £5m in the bank). Hemo could technically update the market at anytime with the next steps on CAR-T. For me there is only RISK in the current SP if the news is catastrophic (2% Chance IMO - given the Time /Resources invested and its huge potential to improve patient outcomes. Lets then say the other 95% splits evenly into the following categories: Great/Good/OK/Bad. The share price could move very quickly to the something North of the placement price if the news is Great/Good or OK. Even if the news is Bad (e.g. 6-9mths additional work) I still think that there is significant upside at this mCAP - given CAR-T would still be back on track.

They released RNS at the point at which it became clear a clinical hold was placed

It was never going to be received particularly well - and Dr Sandler was very quick to step-up and provide further context. Yet some people on here criticised the move, calling it premature. (IMO - the right more and big kudos to Dr Sandler for facing the music)

We will get an update when Hemo are ready - I imagine they will want to succinctly share the reasons for the hold and provide a response that they can deliver on. On the optimistic side, they may even feel they may have broadly addressed the issue and kill two birds with one stone.

We are discussing some of the reasons for Holds on my facebook group. I found an excellent article that i think will provide food for thought

Agree ConsDoms. Dr Sandler was a key reason for my investment. I agree with the points that socialist makes.
