Only down here due to the difficulties raising cash in the macro environment

The board took the hit - and survived a very difficult period

But the outlook for next yer is looking encouraging and the last RNS was bullish about the cash envelope

I don't see the board recommending at offer at 5p at all.

IF, and it a big if, this company was sold I would expect that anything less than 15-20p would be insulting

I'm assuming many have already taken their positions given this has been consolidating around the 14p mark for a few sessions now

The placing shares were transacted weeks ago on the original drop towards 1.5p.

The share price went down due to profit taking after almost a 100% rise AND a number of people taking opportunity of taking a short position AND maybe even some darker art to suppress share price to support stake building of someone with deeper pockets than most of us

Nice set-up now. Looks like it consolidated around 1.6/1.65p and we are now seeing some very significant activity at 1.8p+

The traders will love the chart - I have not even looked at it, but can tell you that the receny low of 1.6p was higher than previous low of 1.45/1.5 and chartists and traders will now be targeting another attempt to break 3p post placing

Part exchange and Trade In are hugely popular buying options for customers

So strategically this makes a lot of sense - MMAG already have the processes, experience and infrastructure

BT/EE were the last of the networks to launch device finance - 'Trade In' and Part Exchange are seemingly increasingly important as customers move onto longer tenured contracts (from 2 years to 3 years) and BT / EE will want to proactively offer customers the chance to upgrade early - which will probably involve making an offer for their current handset.

Even a quick look around the market - when the big new phones launch like the iPhone most operators and retailers will be looking to offer compelling terms to those who want to trade in their old device.

Looking at their interim results:

£50m would be loose change for BT who are worth £12BN and generate more than a £Bn of net cash per year. They've even started to generate cash from device sales by selling the 'future cash flows'

Owning a asset like MMAG would allow BT to differentiate and innovate better in the growing market of refurb devices and part exchange

Lets hope the seller has deep pockets (if leveraged) or has a lot more shares to sell. They can't offset the buying pressure indefinitely....

If you actually look back at history - UK equities tend to perform very well in the run up to Xmas.

For most, equities are either a long term investments (so Xmas is irrelevant) or perhaps a shorter term punt / trade (Given this is nigh on gambling - this should only be money you are prepared to lose so Xmas should also be broadly irrelevant)

That said, I'm sure there will be a few who may want to divest for xmas - but very few and hopefully will be more that offset by what is usually a strong month

It's been a quiet week for #HEMO Shares

It's been a quiet 7 weeks for #HEMO Shares

The truth is:

Immediately following the announcement of the Prevail Startegic investment at a huge premium to the Hemo share price; Over 100m shares transacted in the the 2-3 session following the announcement, c10% of the company's shares in the week of the announcement; culminating in a +50% increase in the share price.

Since then, it's been like a ghost town. Only once since the 1st Oct has the daily volume been over 1% of the company's shares. Approximately the same number of shares have been transacted in 39 session in Oct/November as their were in the 10 sessions in Sept following the great news about the Prevail tie-up. AND...the share price is now exactly where it was at the end of trading on the day Prevail was announced.

[Moving to an opinion / reasoned assessment]

This suggests that a moderate number of investors (and perhaps traders) took their positions in #HEMO following the pivotal Prevail news and largely nothing has happened since - most shares appear to have landed in sticky hands awaiting the news that Hemo will commence clinical trials / FDA give the green light and remove clinical hold

[Back to pure FACTS]

The only day since the 1st Oct that has seen any flurry of activity was 9 days ago on Wed 15th November in which c2% of the company shares were transacted (27m shares). This was seemingly profit taking or traders taking a few modest short positions as the share price retreated 9%.

[Moving to an opinion / reasoned assessment]

If no news today, there must be a very strong chance of an RNS next week. There are contrasting views of what will be the next CAR-T milestone #HEMO will announce. However, there have been 10 RNS in the last year; each providing an update when each stage has been achieved; including when the IND was submitted. From this, is is reasonable to conclude that HEMO will probably RNS when they submit the 2nd iteration of the IND having signposted their plan to do so very soon and as quickly as humanly possible.

Whether an RNS lands or not, the submission the revised and refined IND will happen very, very soon.

GLA - the share price is poised nicely - it is sitting at the most recent placing price representing a key support level. With so much good news anticipated I will be amazed if we do not see more buying activity anytime now - the mCap is currently very ow for a company about to enter clinical trials, doubly so given it has such a promising 2nd candidate in CBR and a clear intent to develop it more quickly once CAR-T is in trials.

Your post is nothing more, in fact 'at best' your opinion. Given your role and history on this board as a negative troll and someone who claims they had sold any shares they owned ; there is a question as to why the hell are you here posting. nobody is going to trust anything you say, so whilst there is a chance it is your opinion, equally is a narrative you are deliberately attempting to build for your own gain.

You do not know and I do not know if Hemo will RNS at the point at which the IND is re-submitted.

Whether you like it or not, there are examples of other who choose not to RNS at this juncture.

It would be foolish and potential mistake to second guess what asn when Hemo will RNS.

As I and many LTHers have repeatedly posted. We think there is every chance clinical trials slip into Jan. It's not a big deal, it's not price sensitive and it's not an issue for Hemo or shareholders.

What IS important?

They now have a very short, clear path to the clinic. Whether that is technically Dec 2023 or January 2024 is worries me not. It should not worry anyone.

My read is that the SP is now on a re-rate

Very similar to where it was shortly before CH was initiated and we were as close to trials. This time we can be more confident that trials are around the corner.

We now have Prevail onbord and many, many green ticks ✅ from the FDA and just one red cross ❌. And subsequently the FDA have put a big fat green tick ✅ on Hemo plan to address the red cross.

And if you like what Hemo have to offer, trust the science and understand the commercial opportunity you will trust they are doing everything in their power to expedite these final few steps to start endeavoring to save lives in the clinic: save the lives of people who have very little to save their lives today.

I have clearly stated on here why supports my opinion about timelines HT...

Each process run last year was 'end to end' and we can tell by the RNS that each one took 2-3 weeks. I e including tests

I agree with you that testing needs to be done properly and safety is the most important thing. But, there is no reason why that is not all part of the 2-3 week timelines achieved last year.

You are a very strange individual HT - you seem to be not far behind Stu is wanting to construct tedious arguments.

It is as if you want it to take 5 years and we all come back and sell well done HT, we were wrong, you were right.

1. Pumpky's record and general contribution on this forum is tedious and usually quite negative to wind up LThers. That is hardly a recipe to get an answer from JHFH.

There is no need to bicker. There is nothing complicated or confusing about JHFH. He has been as consistent as anyone on here - he is a passionate long term holder and has consistently believed this share to be massively undervalued.

He position is very clear from his post today. None of us know how long things will take, but in the opinion of JHFH (and mine for that matter) is that timeframe for end to end process run with tests is predictable, but from there in it's all conjecture. But the completion of paperwork and then waiting for FDA to give green light IMO can be anything from 3-6 weeks.

Pumpky is a confirmed trader and always been open about that.

For LTHers like myself and JHFH we are content knowing that we are within weeks now of going getting the green light from FDA which means Hemo are clinical Biotech. That could be in December, it could be January. It matters very little of you are not trading this share
