Both George and Sando at UKOG are currently in the throes of one last desperate roll of the dice. George in Lincolnshire and Sando in Turkey. Both are in last chance saloon and both know it, for all that both are frantically claiming that there's still life in their dribbling Weald assets (not even dribbling in ANGS's case - literally zero revenue in yesterday's released 1/2 year figures) and for all that both are frenziedly trying to claim some bright mythical future in geothermal.

Both companies are in the exact same place - if Poundland doesn't show commercially viable volumes of gas and/or Turkey doesn't show commercially viable volumes of oil, it's game over. However for both, the outcome of the last desperate spin of the roulette wheel won't be known for some time.

The half year report tells us little we didn't know.

Over the 6 month period to Mar 21, ANGS issued 202 million new shares and a further 15 million in early April, increasing its share capital by over 22%, primarily for working capital purposes.

As of 31/03/21, the company was down to under £600k of cash.

However, by now it has already drawn down almost £6 million of the £12m Poundland loan.

The company had zero revenue during the six month period.

The company made no impairments to its existing Weald oil "assets" during the period.

Completely to the contrary of what Ocebot maintains, the key thing about a lobsterpot share is that it's ever so easy to get into, but next to impossible to get out of once in, except with a serious amount of financial pain.

This is the last spin of the roulette wheel for Sando, much as Poundland Gas is for the Earl at the incredibly similar ANGS. IMV, shareholders in either should start getting even more concerned if either company starts trying to reprise the fairy story that either their Weald "assets" offer (against all the hard evidence to date) rich potential and/or that geothermal's the next nigh on instantly monetizable rainbow for them.

Because if they do, the clever money will then know that both George and Steve's last desperation throws of the dice won't be looking good. It's all or nothing now.

Whereas you may possibly be up "150%" on both ZEN and BLOE (though of course no ramper ever admits to being down on any share), if anyone's been dumb enough to place any faith in your endlessly repeated price predictions on either company, they'll be seriously down.

No egg on face here. As was obvious from the get-go, the 21st June video categorically did not show a fully assembled rig erected at the Basur 3 site, despite what was being claimed by several. That remains an indisputable fact. I still wonder at the motivation behind the decision to release something that disingenuous.

Having said that, the info in today's RNS, if accurate (which IMV is a caveat frequently necessary to mention re all things UKOG), states that the company and AME have just managed to meet the statutory licence deadline of drilling start by the 27th. That's a relief, since if this had been missed, things would have got decidedly tricky.

Okay, the croupier has now apparently finally got round to spinning the roulette wheel and the ball's been thrown in. Now we wait for a number of weeks and see where it lands.

That may well be the UKOG rig, LS... but it wasn't at Basur in that video you and other disciples reposted to death. I'm more than sure you knew this.

As to hitting a gusher, though I personally hugely doubt it, if it does happen, I'll be sincerely delighted for any genuine long-term holders. As for the company plants and the day traders infesting here, I couldn't give a damn.

Rogan, the stupidity doesn't lie on my side. There's no picture of any fully assembled and erected rig on the UKOGlistedonAIM Twitter account (well not any more there isn't). Lat week's video very clearly was not taken at Basur-3.

I'm not claiming that preparations have not begun. However, it's blatantly clear to anyone with an IQ bigger than their shoesize or who's not on the UKOG PR payroll that currently there is no fully erected rig at Basur-3, despite the rampathon around last week's video from the disciples.

That's the newest set of pictures that, on top of the lack of a concrete pad in the much-ramped video, also proves that the assembled, erected and ready to start rig was not in place last week, and the video publicised was not of Basur-3, despite what the disciples were trying to convince everyone.

I note that AME has still said nothing. More relevantly, both UKOG and Oceanmec have merely said that the rig "has been mobilised to site", and thus both have just about retained plausible deniability, while both publicising last week's deliberately misleading video.

Of course and as it no doubt knew, UKOG can avoid being held responsible if its disciples spam posted that video to death with frenzied shrieks of "Look! The rig's up and ready to drill!", because UKOG never actually made that categoric claim... instead it supplied the ammunition for its cheerleaders to run this latest rope-a-dope.

Bornagain read the thread. No concrete pad in the video. Plus latest posted Twitter pics by a main acolyte (which do at least show a site with concrete pad, so at least it's possible these show Basur 3) show no assembled and erected rig.

So... what do you reckon that all shows about the veracity of last week's "The rig's onsite!!!" ramp?

So... it's now clear that the pictures/videos much ramped by the usual suspects last week of a fully assembled rig were categorically not of Basur-3. Those were presumably released and promoted to mislead.

Honestly, could anything get more seedy about this company and its disciples?
