When it was left did AK indicate that he would update re the order position after talking to customers.? Suppose he's hardly going to say it's all going tits up. Maybe it's all great..who knows.........

Wow that's 6.5m shares ..can see why it would make a big difference to you both. Perhaps AK can use you PC01 as his mouthpiece as he doesn't seem to realise the importance of issuing news to the market. Or perhaps he should think of going on Twitter for 20 hours a day like you kno who............

As another aside..just reading today's IQE release. I'm sure it's the sort of thing cpx could do. Conference/customers/big potential. Share price responds nicely. No customers need be mentioned by name.In many ways a similar company to cpx in that they have been heavily criticized for poor comms to the market. Maybe they are seeing the light with new FD.Just my thoughts.come to think does cpx have an fd?!..someone with zero profile.

I also believe that cpx's lead over rivals in the small supercap space is growing not diminishing. Think IOT/tracking/health care/automotive ..

Yes a much better feel to things post the meeting. Very annoyed though that the sp seems to have been marched down to facilitate this trade. I think the Newlands have made a cracking investment at around the 4p level.
Hopefully AK will realise that more regular comms will help his sp...I'm sure there is plenty that could be said ..doesn't have to be major licence news and nothing else will do!

Yes all good questions. Perhaps AK has been poorly advised as being an AIM stock, investor sentiment is vital so a policy of non-communication is actually the wrong way to go. I would like to ask him if he has ever had an approach to sell out. He is not getting any younger and after so many years he seems no nearer to achieving profitability.
Also what about the competition?
The last statement mentioned something about cash break even visibility..does that still stand.
Why not have a look at the more successful AIM companies and follow their approach in terms of communication.

If AK is attending the Berlin conference then he must be potentially looking at doing the April update fairly soon.
I think the patent dispute has put a dampener on things and maybe new licencees are holding off till it is sorted out.
Hope this is the low point for the sp.

I agree with you... .from what I know. But what I was suggesting is that a challenge is more likely when the company is seen to be small and vulnerable.

AK would be well advised to sell out. He is trying to do too many things from a tiny base. One reason why the patents challenges are coming is that cpx is seen as a weak tiny player without the muscle to fight back. As part of a larger company AK could kick sand in their faces.

Fair enough with that email dutch. But it has been suggested that AK is happy for there to be fewer PI's involved and more institutions. There are pros and cons on that. The Allenby site seems to be available without a pass word and the lady there referred to below is detailed...looks to be very experienced.
The AK approach is diametrically opposed to what Ricketts out of Versarien is doing ...maybe he is a bit OTT sometimes with releases but it sure is better than months of nothing.

Why doesn't he sell the business as carrying on like this is simply not working. It was suggested a price of 20-25p had been discussed. Once thought the shares might reach this level on their own so to speak.. More likely to be 2-2.5p sadly.

Good post. Perhaps AK is poorly advised since with the right approach the sp would not be this low. Many AIM companies promote PI interest to provide liquidity. The opposite seems to be the case here.

Kongats must be a mug if he's turned that down. Trouble is don't expect he thought the sp would be 6p as of March 2019. Could end up like the ceo of French Connection who turned down loads of offers only to miss the boat.Now that is a concern.

The obvious buyer would be one of the Japanese companies they are dealing with. Re the ARM model : rather meant it doesn't seem to be gaining sufficient traction at present- not that its not the right way forward. Feeling gloomy here but more likely to add more than sell.
