I doubt it. The legal case is impossible to predict. On the other hand if the Allenby scenario/numbers as set out in the research report are correct then the shares are a steal.

I hope not..though confidence in this company is shot to pieces. It will take a while for the new shares to be absorbed but I'm quietly confident that the installation of the Murata kit will go smoothly. If the numbers in the broker note pan out then this is a bargain. Just needs patience. Wonder how many who took stock at 3p will flip them out for a modest turn and how many bought for the big potential prize down the road.?

You are right. Scathing article in stockopedia on this. Management see private investors as mugs who can be fleeced at every opportunity. How true. This disgraceful board of directors should be binned.

If it pans out as per the proactive interview and the Allenby report then it's an absolute steal at these levels. Shares should be more like 30p than 3p. As it is there have been too many false dawns/false promises. I'm pretty certain some update news on 3v was promised before the year end. As for Truckstart and thinline in credit cards ..just disappeared.

Seems like there are mixed views on whether to take up the 3p shares. Not surprised really. Looks like a good deal but AK has never delivered much to shareholders. A classic case of looking at the very obvious pros and cons. Shame the deal couldn't have been done when the sp was north of 10p...much less dilution.

But who will take up the 3p offer if you can buy in the market for less?

I think the main criticism is that the long period of silence from the company prior to the recent news caused the share price to drift south, thus the raise was done at the lowest possible price and involved issuing more shares=more dilution. (Got to say though there are many examples of where the sp has been spivved up prior to a raise on fairly flimsy RNS news). Expect the shares to move sideways till the placing shares are absorbed. Though may be some legal news to cheer up holders.

Why are there no major institutional holders here? Thus the PI client base must partly explain the choice of broker which to many looks odd.

So one can buy the shares in the market at the placing price of 3p. Not exactly encouraging....
