Indeed. I think one issue which faced the company was the fact that the production out of Malaysia was not really very cost competitive. The machines were a bit tired..so having the new Murata lines should make a big difference when they are up and running.

Is cpx still in the battery/supercap space for automotive?. Truckstart seems to have died a death. Auto exposure now seems to be more in key fobs and the like.

Good post Chin. I was reading an interesting piece about so many Jap companies having cash on the BS. They are now coming under political pressure to utilise it either by way of higher dividends or M&A deals/acquisitions...all supposed to help the economy.

I too think the sp will not be static till the new lines are up and running as the market looks ahead. Be nice if AK could hint at some likely positives to come even if the figures aren't great. It's called promoting the company...something he doesn't seem to understand! I'm not too stressed on the legals as probably not wise to make any great predictions on that front.

I think there is support at 3p. Can't say much more than that at present. Rather depressing..but results in March might have some positive news to chase away the gloom.

The share price may be reacting to the perception that the DT shares are acting as an overhang on the stock. Perhaps Dan needs to think about this matter. An ideal solution might be a placing to an institution. Can't see how DT can dribble these out onto the market ....and would he want to at this price?

Yes i think March..in fact last year was 6th. Thus unlikely to be anything in the public domain before the results. Have rather lost the track of the legal stuff timetable..maybe there isn't one for that anyway.

Guess I'm trying to figure why Tesla is worth $billions and cpx is valued at sweet FA. Lesson..should have bought Tesla not cpx..haha

Interesting read. Would be great if Musk was to buy cpx for its IP. Seems to be the only way shareholders will make anything from owning this share. But where are we in big batteries for automotive?. Nothing has been heard about Truckstart for years and the auto focus seems to be IOT linked ..key fobs and the like. Does cpx still have any great edge in power train ...the guy hired to work out of Germany seemed to have a background in auto.

Well it would be great if Mr Tesla decided to buy cpx and have done with it! No lack of readies. Very difficult to second guess a US jury trial. Sadly the facts don't matter in some cases. Juries can be swayed by the performance of the barristers or whatever they call them. Remember that nonsense 'If the glove don't fit you cannot commit'...he got off but was guilty as hell.
