Yes Hurtle it's a similar scenario, so is the Venezuela situation and the situation we have in Ukraine regarding oil and gas might well be the catalyst for common sense to prevail with the west. I have never agreed with the more powerful nations dictating to the rest of the world, bit like the school boy bully.

Spot on Ok for now, after all it's not the Russian people who we have issues with its just Putin and I think that's important that the west needs to make that clear for the future of our trading interests with Russia. As we all know Russia is an important part of the world that we need to trade with in the future and to damage that relationship would be folly for the western nations, so we need to be careful how we handle Russia post Putin.

Good morning everyone, I agree with you mizman we all want that, but what I can't agree with is the title, surely being a sovereign nation it's up to Ukraine whether they join NATO or not, not being pressurised by Russia not to. The threats from Putin should be something the world needs to guard against, if we don't then unfortunately this is likely to happen again and again,and I really don't see why one nation needs to dictate what happens in another nation it's hardly democracy in action is it?

I bought at 8.2 and most of the deals around that time were also reported as Sells and those at higher prices were definitely Buys, just the usual manipulation I suppose. I bought at about 4:20 so work it out for yourself.
