Good morning everyone, you are spot on Anders these vile posters ( I won't call them people as they don't deserve that accolade) make most people sick to death and they should be removed permanently if LSE was doing its job properly. Hoping for a better day today, which will cheer up investors who have every right to be here. I will never understand why people that are not invested here come on here and waste their time, surely they have better things to do.
Interesting news this morning, that Abramovitch is in Belarus assisting with Ukraine peace talks. Never realised that Abramovitch was a Russian-Israeli billionaire, just as Zelensky has Jewish ancestry. Maybe they can get together and sort out this problem.
Looks like we have an infestation of evil naysayers on here today, never seen so many. The long range forecast is sunnier days ahead, short range expect more of the same from these naysayers who are the real prophets of doom. Just added by the way, hope that meets your approval or are you going to try to save me from myself?
Good morning everyone, I thought that I would wait a while before posting today, let the dross do their worst then maybe we can have a better chance of decent conversation. Good to see Poly and Evraz leading the way, just shows how Abramovitch (Putin's mate) doesn't agree with him can influence his own share price. He and his daughter were saying about looking for a peaceful settlement, rather than a war which is the only way forward.
Regardless of what round of talks we are on, I think the important thing to have would have been a ceasefire before the talks got started, should have been conditional to talks starting. I really do hope that Roman Abramovitch can influence his mate to do the right thing and withdraw. No matter which way this goes Putin will come out of this badly, and I think that Abramovitch fully realises that to be the case. It's one way of keeping his powder dry and just maybe he won't get his assets frozen.
Ok for now, know what you are saying about Putin overplaying his hand. Biggest problem he has is that the Russian people don't support the war, if he had the people with him he may have had a chance of success, but there is only one winner in war, the armaments industry and governments.
Been here a while now and have been topping up for some time now. Managed to add 100000 @ 10.1 yesterday and hopefully should be in profit soon, my average has nosedived recently and am very happy to hold until the end game.
The point I was making in my earlier post was that if further sanctions were imposed by the west, they would be countered by selling the PGM's through other intermediaries and the west will have to pay more for for their PGM's which we all know they are going to need. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot!
Good morning everyone, let's hope for a better outcome for today. The naysayers on here have had their day yesterday, hopefully today is our day. I see a lot of the PGM's being sold through China and Japan and then onwards to Europe and USA to get around our own sanctions, because make no mistake the West is still going to need the PGM's to complete their Green Ambitions.
Sorry Roger I think that you may have misinterpreted what I was saying to Handsforth, it was just a disgusting post. I have invested in a British company that just happens to be working in Russia and I don't hate Russia, just don't like the methods used to try to silence people who speak out against Putin. Nothing hypocritical about that.
