Geowiz, I take your point as regards looking at the last 2 years,but my point was that looking at past performance is not necessarily the way to view a share that will be seriously on the up when the JKT flow rates and news of the next sidetrack are announced. It's not about the past 2 years,more about the next 2 years.

Absolutely Tony, I think that the way forward is to buy whilst others are sh.tting themselves. Geowiz I think that you may have overlooked the prospect of the future wells being self financing through success in previous wells which are now producing.

Just to add this confrontation is all about Crimea and the Donbass region, its all about Russians access to the Black Sea. I'm sure that a satisfactory solution will be found, but it's all about the negotiations, a bit like what's going on here and there will be a very good solution here as well, unless you are SHORT!

This overplayed scenario about war being imminent is total rubbish, I was watching and listening very carefully last night and Putin stressed that he was looking for a PEACEFUL solution and seemed very clear that it was his preferred option, so don't listen to the naysayers because they are 100% wrong, that's why I was late this morning.

Geowiz, just been reading some of your posting history and there seems to be a overriding theme of "They need a farm in or this is dead "for all the companies that you have commented on and they all have a negative slant in your opinion. So for that reason I will stick to my opinion which is much more positive or I would have to slash my wrists. Anyway each to their own.

Building credibility seems to be the theme of life at the moment, what with PH and Boris. I think my money's on PH to deliver and I'm confident that he will, having hopefully learned a valuable lesson. I have high hopes for Block and as some have said on here that we are in the best position ever.

As a footnote, as soon as you have retired in March, make sure that you do something to make it special, even if this hasn't come in. If by any chance this does come in before then which we all hope it will, then the world will be your oyster as it will be for most of us.

I just see this Ukraine/Russia situation as a tactical manoeuvre by the naysayers to put the boot in and trying to buy Eurasia Mining shares on the cheap. They know that nothing is going to happen, it's just political posturing. If the Russians were serious about invading Ukraine they would have done it by now, and they would have massed a lot more troops than they have now. 100000 troops is nothing but a token force, I would have expected at least 3 times that number to be an effective invasion force. Just Mr Putins way of raising his profile.

Sounds like a photoshopping opportunity to me. Is there no limit to their creativity over on Advfn, they must have so much time on their hands.

Boris always reminds me of one of Elon Musk's robots, nowhere near as efficient though.
