No idea what is going on here, 2 RNS's today, why the general update ahead of the 'deadline' concerning the POW deal, surely that could have waited.

IF Lenigas is involved concerning Aussie projects that has to be a positive, he has contacts, another positive is that POW CEO Sean Wade is no mug, he would have known RRR was cash strapped and regularly fails to deliver on timelines however he did the deal and was asked about it at a presentation evening, one of his interesting comments was that POW would be aligned to the RRR share price to deliver value from NBGC, he also stated that he expected RRR to list the project.

Maybe the entire project is going to injected into a shell company (think KAT) where Gervaise Heddle, Paul Johnson and Sean Wade are involved, now that would be interesting, RRR & POW given cash/shares in lieu, who knows?

Wednesday should be interesting, the market is not showing the usual signs of placing forward selling either.

Buyers have been nibbling away for some time here, the market is starved of stock, all the ingredients for a decent move, only 181m shares in issue remember and most tightly held, circa £3m m/cap is farcical for a potential world class Graphite project.

In respect of the suspension/auditor delays, FCM are still posting on X, the last commentary was they are working on it.

This is going through .40p this week and potentially onto the .50p's, it looks like there is a background buyer, no wonder with the plethora of news expected.

With Lenigas as an insider to RRR and today's update, clearly agreed by both parties, POW CEO said in an interview recently they expected RRR to IPO New Ballarat then it does make you wonder if they are finally going to list on the ASX, the other possibility is outright sale.

Plenty of room for upside with the RSI still in neutral territory, a breakout of the long established trading range has occurred, a move onto the 40p's looks inevitable with a near term target of .50p attainable.

Eileen Carr buying more shares has to be deemed positive, if anyone is aware of developments behind potential corporate action it would be her, they have already declared they are seeking new JV partners for their extensive licence package in Cameroon not already covered by BCM, maybe BCM themselves will do another deal, the last JV declaration took the SP to .57p.

With the RSI sitting in neutral territory there is plenty of room for upside - the shares look well poised to breach .40p shortly IMO.

The market seems to be telling us that the financing is coming, the operational improvements justify it surely.

With circa 1.2b shares in issue VAST is only valued at £4.2m

Seems they have secured more land in Greenland back in April, was this mentioned via RNS, lots of news due it would appear.

As I pointed out in a early post this morning it does seem logical the Swiss funding would be based on VAST's ability to deliver improvements on their projects, today's update clearly shows that.

The current m/cap seems far too low (£3.6m). IF this funding is attained one should expect a material re-rate from current levels, the post consolidation price was equal to .60p remember.

Just saying !

One wonders if the Swiss financing has been dependent on operational progress being proven, if so the numbers released today shows exactly that.

Interesting times for sure.

Who is in a better place PREM with a $40m liability forward payment from a Chinese buyer they have defaulted on, openly admitting they are still cash strapped but still valued at £35m, or VAST currently valued at £2.5m with operational improvements ongoing with debt around $7.5m ?

Maybe VAST is in a better place.

The share price will do the talking, even at 10p a share the market value would only be a mere £24m, the recently reported cash balance of £5.4m did not include £1m in stock and a further £1.1m which was a surplus to money owed to suppliers at the interim stage.

The company is generating significant cash, the margins are increasing as is profitability.

No wonder it is nigh impossible to buy currently - one cannot rule out a bid approach either, if it comes it would need to be multiples of the current market valuation.

Fools and money are easily parted, the fools are those sitting it out and watching a material re-rate in progress !

Put simply there is very little stock on the market around current levels, the odd sell is being easily absorbed, the bull run will continue, at the moment it is reported that a premium is being asked for minuscule lines of stock.

The market makers seem unable or do not want to trade, the plain fact is the company is seriously undervalued and is clearly miss priced.

The price action behind the advertised price is pretty strong, the market is asking 2.18p for just £2k of shares currently.

Recent director buying and relatively cash strapped Alba acquiring £70k's worth bodes well IMO.

News on the US bank $3.5m grant cannot be far away.

Hard to believe this was trading around 5p in November.

From the other place today, this poster has called CNSL right since October last year.

I refer you to my historic posts on this board, in particular regarding holding onto your shares for dear life, it is evident some entity is hoovering up anything that comes onto the market.

The company is in a booming sector, that bodes exceptionally well for the future.

With a fair wind the share price will hit double digits later this year.

Re MM tricks, they are playing every trick in the book these days to try and STOP investors buying into the small caps, the reason is I suspect they are, on the whole, short on the book, the average sector drop is around 85% since Q1 2021 when the last bull run ended.

In the vast majority of cases the large drops have occurred on relatively low volumes, some companies have been forced to raise cash at heavily dilutive levels as a result of these mark downs but not Shuka, this company has no legacy discounted placing stock to churn so no wonder they (the MM'ers) do not want new buyers piling into a totally illiquid situation.

The best avenue is to force them to trade by placing limit orders, the current market value here (circa £6m) when you consider the value ahead, not many companies can acquire a NPV $560m project backed by a billionaire, the stock is dirt cheap as a result.

Also remember the shares traded around 18p last October !
