The share price continues to rise and will reach 7p/8p/9p+ in due course, very few AIM listed companies with £5m+ in the bank with a market value under £10m - in a massive growth sector namely Health & Nutrition.

The market is slowing waking up to this company, stock is very tightly held, as a result the share price will appreciate strongly on modest buying demand.

Buy low sell high !

This should climb to the 20p range in due course IMO, the circa £6m m/cap is too low.

Should be a good week ahead here, the breach of 4p on Friday was material, 6p/7p is now now in play, the company is in the right sector at the right time, the cash balance of £5m is exceptional for a sub £10m valued company.

I sense a number of entities have been well and truly caught on the wrong side of the trade (short) on the unexpected late RNS on Friday, oh dear, good luck trying to close positions, remember there will be no bucket shop placing to bail you all out.

This should open well ahead tomorrow, the tiny free float will see to that, the proposed acquisition is probably one of the largest ever announced historically, sector related, for a AIM listed junior.

Interesting that Reddit investor on X has a target price of 67p (verses my 75p) but also talks about another deal may be in the offing also.

There is no doubt SKA will now come into life having been comatose for the best part of a year.

Trying to put some perspective on the value of the proposed acquisition based on a heavily discounted scenario + fully diluted shares in issue and project NPV. I come up with 75p a share - where will the share price open at I have no idea but 10p will be history, the timing of the RNS will catch many out Tuesday so there could be opportunity to get in before others who may have missed the news.

Current m/cap here is circa £6m with only 60m shares in issue with management holding 50%, the free float is tiny.

The prospective deal has a NPV of $560m with resource in the ground valued at $2b (NB, numbers based on just 2 of 5 resources as per RNS)

Even if you allow for 75% risk discount for delays/inaccuracies/time etc on the NPV (at current FX rate £450m), would equate to £110m.

A simple translation £110m x fully diluted deal close 150m shares would equate to circa 75p a share and that is on only 2 of the 5 resources (if the full NPV was used it would be £3 a share)

Comments appreciated but the proposed deal is a mega one, possibly one of the largest in recent times for a AIM listed tiddler.

This has to open up circa 15p/20p and run on from there IMO.

Shareholders have waited nearly 1 year for this news, which is staggeringly good, but they release it after hours ahead of a Bank Holiday weekend - surely it could have waited until Tuesday.

It is interesting that they are promoting BCM in the video, is there any reason why BCM could not enter into new JV's with ORR on other licences - I see no reason why not, it would make perfect sense.

I think more JV news is in the offing, not a time to be out, the recent small drop represents a buying opportunity, the RSI is still sitting in neutral territory so another meaningful RNS could propel the price through .50p without going into overbought mode.

Posted yesterday, this poster bought in around the 2p region, is exceptionally upbeat on CNSL, implying there is much more upside to come.

Readers may like to view the relatively updated major shareholder list, it clearly shows a significant number of nominee accounts, the size of these positions are way beyond the capability of retail investors.

So who is hiding behind these accounts?

The Gracious Fellow, being an astute chap, notes that some of these accounts are new with others holding a higher percentage over recent months.

The speculation concerning stake building seems valid therefore.

So David Jones has acquired a further 14m shares in 2 days, now sits with 86m shares.

Turkey has been a battleground to get legacy payments so it is very positive to receive this $300k, as mentioned in a earlier post the big hitter legacy asset is Muratdere which could be worth £2m+ to Oriole, they retain a 1.2% NSR on revenues, mainly copper/gold.

The ducks are lining up here, the sector is bouncing from historic lows with commodity prices booming, whats not to like.

With 3.85b shares in issue ORR is only valued at circa £13.7m, remember a peer company with far smaller licences was bought by Silvercorp for £40m !

The plums who are posting on here (almost certainly for an entity that is stake building who will eventually bid for CNSL) they now suggest at 4p is a barrier, well they would wouldn't they, after all they said 2p and 3p were barriers.

Ignore the troll bashers and listen to the longs who have been proved 100% correct over the last 18 months.

For the record the shares are poised to break through 4p (currently only 100k left below 4.1p) the next direction of travel will be into the 6p's - just wait and see.

The company remains materially undervalued and still very much under radar.

Interesting that David Jones continues to build his position, has nearly 8% of VAST now, is this fellow in any way linked to financiers, it is not uncommon for certain individuals to be close to those 'inside' for example.

There is no doubt in my mind this will get back to the recent highs (.57p in January) with gold at current levels their exploration land/discoveries in Cameroon are worth far more than the current £13m m/cap, remember clone company Chesser Resources was acquired for £40m, they held a fraction of the size of Oriole's land package.

Worth bearing in mind !

Expecting a good week here, suggested the shares were poised to return back to the mid .40p's and it is happening, the RSI is still in neutral territory so plenty of room for upside from a technical perspective also.

With the right news, who knows, maybe back to the mid .50p's.
