As mentioned I have decided not to post often unless there is a newsworthy event however I have noticed a distinct change in the way RRR has been run over recent times, especially since Lenigas was appointed, the silence from RRR tells you a lot.
I therefore conclude that there could be a number of value events being worked on, RRR is no longer the rag doll of Andrew Bell now POW has a ultimate and material interest, so what do we have, David Lenigas, Shaun Wade and in the background Paul Johnson lurking.
The aforementioned individuals have clout and contacts, yes I was the fellow that asked POW at Proactive why they sold their stake in New Ballarat back to RRR, the CEO's answer was POW will gain from upside of that asset in the future by appreciation of their RRR shares, make no mistake this project will be a go'er either by third party sale or listing or POW (or others) will step in.
Look for strategic moves or asset sales, it appears RRR is borrowing money (probably from Lenigas) to reach certain value appreciative goals, the scale of which may shock. Remember many hints from Lenigas on X suggesting RRR could be a 10 bagger and is one to watch etc. I have seen many shares on AIM 10+ bag unexpectedly, it happens and I believe RRR could be the next candidate.
With 4.8m shares in issue the market cap is option money at £2.4m, just one deal from the plethora of projects far and wide would multiply that many times as would management change or new blood onto the BOD.
Interesting times indeed.
