Not long to wait for the AGM statement, could be this week, the AGM will be held on 26th of this month.

Will be interesting what they have to say, remember the company is now on a pathway of over delivering on market expectations, one whiff of decent news and, once again, the share price will surge through 4p, real value is yet to out, it can only be a matter of time before we get a serious re-rate IMO.

It is worth remembering that the despised L are only selling on average around 2m shares a day, during periods of low volume that may contain or drop the share price but as can be seen over recent sessions just a small kick in volume can take their selling out, if we get much higher volume, say 40m/50m+, it is obvious the share price will respond exceptionally positively.

I would suggest that the week ahead will start to attract investors who have been dormant over the summer months, add to the mix upcoming news-flow that could be 4 to 5 RNS updates by year end from ORR.

In all I think .30p will be broken next week, a move to .40p looks on once again, time to get in at current levels is limited therefore, more-so given the exceptionally bullish statements made in the recent results.

Once again the market is making it hard to buy, many online platforms are 'at best' for any size, IG are asking a premium for just £4,000 of shares, they appear to have 50,000 available around current offer price at that's it.

I would hazard a guess news may come next week, at the time of QvB's Stockbox interview it was suggested SKA news would be in 2 weeks, that timeline ends today so next week looks on.

Remember Brewer and QvB have £1.5m invested to date in SKA.

It has been confirmed by LIM that former director Danesh Varma has passed away, he was involved with AYM for quite some time if I recall.

Volume in the shares is now approaching 50m since 19th August, it looks like the bid could move up today to 1.2p if the buying continues, it remains to be seen who the seller is but my understanding is they do not have to declare until they have finished.

Maybe this 'overhang' has been known to the market for months but finally it looks like entities are now takers, have added to my position, I have seen a number of these events before and usually the share price bounces strongly when the trade is completed.

News has to be due on a number of initiatives, hopefully when it comes it will deliver real value to long suffering shareholders, remember the shares were trading around 4p before the former CEO took AYM onto the AIM casino.

Can confirm IG are 'no quotes available' on Shuka currently.

The market makers have tried to 'protect' themselves from buyers by posting a hideously wide spread yesterday and now are not offering buyers the chance at advertised offer.

One suspects they know news is coming soon enough !

Buyers continue to nibble away and no wonder, the last week and this week are usually the quietest of the year, volume is a trickle, next week we should start to see traders returning and volume picking back up again.

ORR has to be one of the better sector bets being fully funded and no fear of dilution, add to the mix a whole run of news is imminent which we know can drive the share price.

The shares are well off their high reached in January of .57p, I see a steady move back to the .40p's, a run of decent news could quicky surpass that .57p level.

For what is is worth I believe there have been background buyers active over the last few weeks with larger trades being delayed and/or posted the next day, one thing you have to do is follow the money, if big hitters are entering that tells you all you need to know.

'Significantly undervalued'

Having followed this outfit for over a decade I have to say that the results and accompanying statements from the Chair and CEO are the most upbeat and bullish I have ever read.

It is clearly evident they believe the upcoming exploration results will be very positive hence this statement from the CEO, let alone other moves which have also been telegraphed....

' The Board is convinced that the assets of the Company are significantly undervalued by the market and that the exploration work due to be reported on during the remainder of 2024, and in to 2025, has the potential to materially address the status quo.'

The shares are nearly 50% off their January high, a great time to get in or add.

I notice Brewer was interviewed yesterday concerning NEO, he was asked about QvB and his Fund and Brewer seemed very assured indeed. Brewer also mentioned other routes of finance which are showing interest in their suite of companies (SKA, NEO, MARU etc)

An update is expected for SKA anytime, currently market makers are asking a premium for just £2k of SKA shares so they clearly do not want to sell many to retail around current levels, that is a positive sign for sure.

There have been around 40m shares traded since 19th August, that is around 6 to 8 times normal daily volume, it does look like a sellers stock is being acquired by entities, it was interesting that Alan Green talked about a number of funds now pumping money back into AIM as they see significant value. Could AYM be benefitting ?

In all I feel something is brewing in the background and it is probably as good a time as ever before to add to your position, namely follow the money.

With a fair wind & news-flow this could quickly get back to 2p+ and even 3p if they can secure non dilutive funding as has been suggested.

The upside will come in a number of ways, if the drilling results continue to improve and it becomes evident the resource is large then value will out because it makes the company open to takeover approaches like what happened at Chesser Resources (bought for circa £40m)

Other upside potential is securing new JV partners for the other Cameroon licences that are still up for grabs. The BCM JV moved the dial from .15p to .57p in quick time, some clarity on what ORR is seeking to do with these other licences (concerning JV's needs to be communicated)

There is also the Senegal stake (circa 40%) so far silence but it has value however I do not want to see this kicked down the road with a fudge RNS but I would like them to sell this stake to the majority stakeholder Managem, hopefully securing at least £3m and retaining some form of NSR interest or staged payment on gold discovered moving forward.

Finally there is the legacy asset Muratdere in Turkey where ORR has a material NSR which could fetch £2m or more IMO. This project has not even been mentioned by the new team and I find that very strange.

I would like to see a wide ranging and open interview where each project is discussed at length, the best candidate to do that would be Crux who are very precise and not your usual puff piece outfit.

There are many catalysts however management need to continue to press with news, heaven forbid if they get 'conditioned' by certain entities who are long in the tooth personnel who have worked under previous regimes.

This is the statement that should be read by the uninitiated, note the wording 'potentially significant gold discovery'

"These trenching results are highly encouraging, being over substantial widths and supporting our learned opinion that Mbe is a potentially significant gold discovery"

The news-flow has only just started , the shares are at basement levels and should be acquired, the market in the stock is tight so the market makers will make it harder to acquire in size as the price rises in anticipation of more updates.

The market is forward thinking not backward thinking, if your backward thinking then you are in the wrong place.

Plain fact is Brewer & QvB have already put in £1.5m, do you think they are really prepared to lose it all, no chance, maybe 'that' RNS which wrote off 50% of shareholder value, was rogue, maybe there will be consequences for those who released it.

The shrewd are buyers, just wait and see !

Have added, sense something is brewing, the book has been strong since Friday, very hard to buy size + the bid is moving up on small trades, the shares have been range bound for a long time, a breakout looks on.

Chart looks bullish also.

Well news cannot be far off, it was flagged last week or this week for an update, Jason Brewer has posted to parties to look for future RNS's, it appears some material events may be forthcoming, I suspect a few are already in the know.

If QvB is getting out of coal then that makes Rukwa redundant, good riddance if so, maybe they will sell it or even pass this loss making liability onto existing local management, who knows ?

According to JB the acquisition is still on so maybe an update there also.

JB has also pointed out that QvB and himself are material shareholders in SKA and will remain so, their aim is to deliver significant value, let us see where things go, there is no way these guys will allow the company to fail, the current share price is totally wrong therefore.

Conroy featured today by a chartist with a 14p target, obviously if the Prof come up with a JV partner it would go far higher.
