All we know is the share price hit 1.9p on the 5th February once the bank debt had been bought and some deal was expected, the market then got spooked on rumours the major shareholders were at loggerheads over the debt restructure - at the time the gold price was $1200oz.

I think the shares will trade far higher than the .75p suspension price as they were driven down from 1.9p by material worries over wipe out dilution of existing equity, concerns the company could be taken private and worse still pending clarification of the financial position.

We will see but the market id 'hot' for gold producers right now.

The Annual Report is supposed to be RNS'ed today.

'The Company currently expects to publish 2019 Annual Report and Accounts on 11 September 2020'

Looks like the dust has settled in the TW saga, what a fuss over nothing, the drop from 2.25p does seem significantly overdone - the RSI is now sitting at a 6 month low, oversold, but turning up.

Looks cheap.

As a client of HSBC I can confirm that the TR1 announced today is NOT a combined nominee statement, it is a holding statement on behalf of a entity or individual.

8.2% is a material position.

I would suggest most of the free float is now held by a very small number of individuals.

Lots of chat around Twitter and elsewhere about stake building, these holdings statements are real, entities do seem to be building a position.

I cannot see Colin Bird doing a podcast today saying he knew no reason for the fall and then having a placing working in the background - it simply does not compute.

Ignore the noise, this will be back at 2p soon enough, nothing has changed.

The share price move is definitely Winnifrith related, he has now commented on XTR (around 1 hour ago) on his podcast, again this is accessible only via a paywall.

I think this is all a storm in a teacup, the nuts and bolts are TW bought in sub 1p and probably sold above 2p, he has bagged a 100% gain, will probably go quiet and accumulate again around current levels and then use the same site to promote XTR again.

Play the game folks, the time to buy is now IMO.

Like have tried to imply one needs to follow the money, sentiment can turn in a flash on AIM, increasing volume is usually the tell tale sign something is going on.

The re-organised share capital (75m in issue) means the free float is tiny, small volume can move the price significantly in % terms, news is expected, many feel this month could be a major turning point in the company's fortunes.

Looks cheap circa £2m m/cap.

Sharetalk interview just released - Bird seems upbeat, no mention of funding, he has no idea what's changed to drop the share price, would he say that if he knew a placing was being worked ?

He implies the company is undervalued at the end, listing a load of reasons.

I hope Bird refutes the rumours and if if true I hope he pulls the placing and shafts the spivs, if a leak has occurred something needs to be done, he reacted quickly enough tom the Alistair Ford interview quick enough.

Shares are down from the recent high of 2.25p to 1.4p based on what exactly ??

We are all indebted to Les who has put in a great deal of work to get a deal over the line, no doubt we will hear from him via the usual channels and one assumes he supports the proposals.

Working from peer companies, based on £100m debt, depending on current operational circumstances and balanced on the significant rise in the gold price I would suggest the re-listed shares could open at a premium to the suspended price of .75p, hard to say where they could go on the day but 1p-1.5p is possible IMO.

Great opportunity here now at current levels, listened to the Mineprophets July podcast again last night again and the potential remains excellent.

RNS this morning, good news is subject to shareholder approval of the new financial package the listing will be restored after the AGM on 18th September

There is no debt for equity element

There has been no reduction in the monies owed

The Shareholder Agreement will be modified to enable new directors onto the MTL Board

At least some clarity on the situation.

So the supposed 'sell' advise from TW comes at the same time as the Moz border re-opens, make of that what you will.

BZT are unchanged, fall at XTR looks overdone, does someone want in cheap?
