RE: RNS maths1 Oct 2021 14:15
It is essential that Bell cannot dilute the major shareholders like he has done in the past. His ability to issue shares at will has been thwarted since the major shareholders have taken, in effect, control of Red Rock. Dilution has been avoided as has the urge for new 'must do' projects Bell so much yearns for.
The next question is, given the man is probably one of the most disliked and unpopular CEO's on AIM, will the major shareholders demand he moves aside or vote him off the BOD, surely by now these shareholders must realise the reason why the Red Rock share price remains in the gutter is down to Bell himself.
Bell implied via various interviews through Stockbox Media that this would be the year for a material re-rate of Red Rock, it has not happened, nor have the corporate deals Bell eluded to, nor has his claim that there would be so much news-flow they would barely have the time to write it up.
I for one will be voting for his removal if he fails to deliver a significant valuation uplift by AGM time, hopefully so will the major shareholders.
