Have taken the drop as an opportunity to add, from 6p to 4.7p in only 11 sessions, drop is overdone, RSI is 38, was a very overbought 82 late October, a premium is being asked for size and a few brokers are 'at best' on relatively small quantities of stock currently.

Some news cannot be far away either.

For those interested the current share price is sitting at a strong floor level going back to April 2020, a period of circa 18 months. I would be very surprised if this support is broken, therein lies a opportunity to enter at basement levels.

My guess is there has been a larger seller but the sellers stock seems to have been easily absorbed by new buyers.

ORR has become a very good trading stock hence the wide gyrational share price swings. Buy low sell high !

Bell has said that they were seeking legal council on the matter and they have frozen Glencore's accounts in the Congo, none of this would be possible if the JV was not watertight.

RRR featured on Vox today, according to Zak Mir the shares are due to move to .80p short term, if the right news comes that could easily be exceeded of course, the shares do appear to have turned positive from a 6 month period of downside. The high was 1.35p in February.

There has been some interviews today explaining the legal action, the key point for me at least, is that Bell says they have frozen Glencore's assets in the Congo, this looks like a meaningful and material claim, how ironic this could be the value kick RRR needs in the market.

Andrew Bell suggests that RRR JV partner passed the asset to a third party for a large sum of
money who subsequently sold it to Glencore for an equally large sum of money - $20m has
been mentioned of which it seems $5m has been paid to date, the rest of the money has not
been forthcoming so far.

RRR is taking legal advice and has frozen Glencore's accounts in the Congo (mentioned in the

There is no doubt that the projects/assets Red Rock have are worth a great deal more than the current value of the company, the issue is management, no-one has any faith in Andrew Bell to deliver, his name is toxic in the junior resource space plain and simple.

Bell stood as a candidate for a political party at the last General Election until they withdrew the seat at the last moment, think about this, did Bell have any concerns about Red Rock at that time, if in the unlikely event he had been elected as an MP he would have been unable to carry his duties out as Exec Chairman and CEO of Red Rock? I noticed this has never been commented on but surely it demonstrates his heart is not 100% focussed on this company, if you follow his personal Twitter feed he continues to add commentary throughout each and every day from politics to virus concerns and any other matter that floats his boat, again it demonstrates his lack of total commitment to Red Rock.

I have no understanding as to why the major shareholders continue to back him, Bell has openly stated that it is bad corporate practice to have someone (himself) as Exec Chairman and CEO, at the start of the year he said he would address this matter, it has not happened. Why ?

Bell has stated he is interviewing a 'high profile' name to drive value, either as CEO or COO, this move cannot come soon enough but like everything Bell says until it happens no-one will believe it.

I remain invested here at a relatively low entry point but am getting as frustrated as the next investor over the continued failure to deliver on targets that Bell himself has set.

Today's updates were poorly written and conflicting, what a mish mash of commentaries across a number of projects, hard to understand, this news should have been released across 3 or 4 updates as they covered the same number of projects, there was some good news in them but tarnished by dispute in the Congo which could be beneficial to the company ironically.

Bell need to get his act in gear, appoint this new name, get focussed, there is no way I will support his re-election at the next AGM regardless.

It's been a long time since any material news, the silence cannot last much longer, green shoots of recovery are starting to appear in the junior mining space which will benefit Red Rock soon enough.

Looks like the bears are getting a good bashing over on A@VFN today, maybe the tide is about to turn, the shares look very oversold and are due a bounce.

It is clear something is brewing, the market value of Conroy is only £9.2m, not a value associated with a outfit that is poised to sign a JV with a Fortune 500 company.

What is fair value for Conroy? In a previous interview the Professor pointed to one of his companies growing a share price from 10p to over 300p if I recall, even if CGNR was valued at £1.50p the market cap would only be £60m, that is not demanding and probably more realistic to reflect historic costs and the significant potential ahead if the JV proceeds.

The time to buy is now IMO.

They could not move to the development stage without a JV partner so it does look like the definitive signing of the JV with Demir Export is on.

I have noticed some of the folk who were buyers ahead of the rally to 1.95p were 'promoting' Oriole on Twitter over recent days, there is also a very active Telegram group - you know what happens, when a few buy others follow, it's a snowball effect.

A near 80% fall from the 2021 high point is totally unwarranted, the market makers will struggle to keep this down for much longer IMO.

Andrew Bell has denied selling more POW shares despite an earlier Tweet suggesting RRR had a 1.9% stake, the 1.9% stake tweet has been removed, one can assume the previous holding of POW shares declared on 28th Oct of 37.2m shares remains which is good news, worth around £650,000 currently.

Chesser Resources are about to declare a maiden resource next to Oriole's Fare project later this month, they have also declared high gold recoveries, meaning a low cost commercial operation is possible.

The above was announced last night, one wonders how long Chesser will remain independent, their shares are up 30% over the last month, they are valued at circa £40m but only have one fifth of the licence area of £7m valued Oriole !

No wonder a few shrewd entities are buying back into ORR ahead of a busy Q4.
