I finally believe the lack of share issues in 2021 is starting to bite the market, this morning there are no quotes available on small orders and a premium is being asked for anything over 150,000 shares.

This is the perfect scenario in view of the news rich period ahead, the share price could respond positively on thin volume disproportionally.

Looks like patience may be rewarded soon enough.

Andrew Bell has said nothing of the sort concerning a fundraise, as for the going concern matter it sits in every AIM companies set of accounts as the norm.

Red Rock has just sold £1.2m of Jupiter Mines shares and has other shareholding it can raise further funds from, the placing route is out as Bell has to ask shareholder permission to raise unlike other AIM companies.

The consensus appears to be that Red Rock shares are in for a exciting period of activity with lots of news-flow expected, we will see soon enough.

The above statement is made under 'Outlook' in the RNS, let us see, is this another Bell 'promise' that never materialises along the lines of the statement he made in Q2 this year when he said this would be the year for a material re-rate of Red Rock.

Trust is a major issue with this company, I am no longer prepared to support Bell in anycase and will be voting for his removal at the AGM UNLESS something material happens before then.

It is worth noting that only around 20% of the issued capital was voted during the General Meeting in March so small investor votes can easily sway things.

If the major shareholders keep Bell in power they really do need their heads examined, he promises so much but NEVER delivers

There is some significant debate over on the POW bulletin board about the stifling effect their low price warrants are having on the share price, at the start of the year they had over 250m warrants priced around .70p compared to the high of 3.4p - the shares have fallen to 1.3p as conversion after conversion occurred with underlying stock being sold in the market.

I took a look at Red Rock warrant situation and it is very good in comparison.

137m @ 1.2p conversion
50m @ 2p conversion
56m @.90p conversion
71m@.70p conversion

All the above are well dated with expiry between 12 and 24 months, current RRR share price .45p

So when the share price starts to recover we do not have to worry about warrant conversion and forward selling of the equity.

Good news.

Bell is up to something which may be material in Kenya, during a recent interview he mentioned they are seeking a mining licence and implied that news would be forthcoming as to why. It does look like some form of early revenue could be coming from Kenya or maybe a deal with a partner.

It is interesting that Caracal Gold and Red Rock management have distanced themselves recently despite strong rumours something was cooking a few months ago.

There was a very dormant BOD at Anglesey Mining then they brought in a new CEO in the name of Jonathan (Jo) Battershill, since his appointment events that had be stagnant for years have kicked off with a bang, much improved PR, investor positivity + the 1st operational activity at both of their major projects for years.

OK the share price has been hindered by a 3.4p placing but the framework is in place for a serious re-rate once the overhang has cleared and market conditions improve.

Bell has suggested that any future fundraising at Red Rock needs to be many multiples of the current m/cap, he added that the new candidate will high calibre, suggesting he needs remunerating via a share package relative to performance, yes he would cost money but if he can turn the profile of Red Rock around from the gutter it currently sits in then he will be worth every penny.

Hopefully news on this will come sooner than later.

In an interview a month or so ago Bell said he was interviewing a high profile executive to join the RRR board charged to significantly increase shareholder value, he mentioned a multiple of 10 fold. This is my mind is as crucial as any Red Rock project, if the candidate is as good as Bell implied then sentiment towards this company could change in a instance.

I asked Helpful, who seems to know about these things, what progress has been made on the proposed appointment but he did not reply, if, as some suggest, the junior space will become more healthy in 2022 it is essential Red Rock have the right name to capitalise on.

Bell needs to move away from the reigns and allow fresh blood take over, he suggested this so hopefully it will happen.

A 1.6m trade came after hours - it looks like a buy as there is no way they would give you .95p to sell that amount at the time.

Looking at yesterdays trades in general it looks like someone was constantly hitting the bid with small sells in a very thin and illiquid market.

I do concur that some price manipulation occurred yesterday therefore, let us see what today brings.

The wheels seem to be coming off over at Caracal Gold, they had a £25m m/cap recently but it could be argued they are trying to run before they can walk with new acquisitions, their proposed £5m CLN seems to have gone down like a lead balloon, they are also issuing shares like confetti to vendors. Their shares have dropped from recent high of 1.90p to the current 1.15p - not good.

Bell said he would not do a deal with them in Kenya because they do not have the cash and suggested their paper was overvalued, their paper is now losing value, Bell thinks Red Rock has higher corporate standards as a AIM company (Nomad etc) verses their Standard Listing.

IF Red Rock can appoint a high profile CEO or COO the current £7m m/cap would offer newbies a great entry point, the discount is simply down to management credibility currently, not the projects/assets.

How is the situation concerning hiring a high profile executive going Helpful - Bell mentioned a individual was being interviewed a few weeks ago. Will he take the job etc?

This in itself could be a game changer for the company if the fellow is allowed to lead from the front and promote.

Decided to buy some today, nigh impossible to buy any stock online at .35p, it seems the seller may have cleared accordingly, in any case ORR have been tweeting over recent days from Cameroon so one suspects news is upcoming.

There seems some market support, one or two Twitter 'names' declaring the shares are cheap and have bought in, maybe a trend reversal - we will see.

Looking at the trades over recent weeks it appears there could be a larger holder selling down, there have been lots of 1m+ share sells that have been hitting the bid since mid November, one wonders if a sub 3% holder is dumping.

Another negative, as pointed out on the other bulletin board, is long standing chart support at .37p has been broken, next reasonable support is around .30p then .25p, time to batten down the hatches, when will buyers come in?
