1x litre of oil is much cheaper than 1x litre of still water......!!
Or 25% of the price of 1x litre of still water..

The stock market is punishing the oil producers failures ...
Shale in the sh*t street now and tomorrow their company share prices will be on the floor if no solutions found immediately....so I expect this must be resolved sooner than later to resolve this turmoil.

The world cannot live with very low oil prices for long...
We are in the middle of political showdown but not oil market catastrophe as no one country can survive without a stable fair value oil price..
Please ignore the market noise and think logically as the internal market fundamentals are very strong and these external factors never lasts long..it reminds me of the weeks before the Gulf war when the market crashed and on the glimpses of good news ,rebounded in spectacular fashion.
Stay put and buy on the dips gradually...just imv but as always dyor
Let’s remember we lost no money by not selling so doing the opposite is a big mistake in investing strategy...

Russian oil minister declared that they can meet their budgetary needs down to op of $42 ..so what will they do if it goes below $42 ?! Maybe convenes another emergency opec+ meeting or wait a bit longer to see Shale response...or let the market balance itself!
The USA is fighting wars not by military power but economically through oil price and restricting other countries producers to weaken them ...Russia is aware of this and is affecting it big time and many small fields are sitting idle with their economy at its weakest..
MBS in SA is playing with the usa to keep him and the kingdom safe.

I think it is now like playing Chess. Russia and Opec played their first move and waiting for Shale next move but the question is if Shale doesn’t like playing chess then a drastic steps must be taken to raise the oil price to protect the economic catastrophic consequences of free fall in op.
Things will move fairly quickly from here...and can’t wait long..imo
