Yes PW has mentioned it in the past that he wants to make the company worth a billion (can't remember if dollars or pounds), hence why he has no interest in small offers at the moment. As for timescale if they keep doing as well as they are and depending on their next acquisition I would guess at 3-5 years time PW may accept a reasonable offer around that valuation. The key here is to keep adding reserves and cash generation, but also the next acquisition is really important. Luckily we are generating enough cash to fund a future acquisition. At the moment we have lots of acreage to focus on bringing our assets into production.

I know I'm already in deep too and don't want to over commit. Funny thing is that 3 months from now it could all be different. We could have flow tested Balcombe and Brockham, which as you say gives every possibility of 30p. That's the high risk Aim market for you, fingers crossed the swampies don't have it their way with Brockham. If they do Vonk will have no choice but to crack on with the beast that is Balcombe.

Only explanation I can think of is Bergen offloading the cheap shares that we gave them and Lidsey operations not providing any benefit. Only thing that can turn this around is for the retrospective Brockham permission to be passed without issue. If this doesn’t happen I will be getting a huge tin hat :( Well underwater here hope it improves ..... the mantra of buy when everyone is fearful might apply here.

I agree with you pijoe but also porosities are important as well as high pressures. This well had good porosities (34%) so yes stimulation should sort it out and as you say they will learn from it for any upcoming drills. Only a matter of time before the SP levels out and starts going back up.

By T/O do you mean take over?...... PW has always been a straight talker he probably wanted to bring the LMS1 test result out with some good news from SD to stop this SP decline. As for a takeover it will happen at some point but not for a while. PW has previously said he wants to make SDX worth over a billion before he would accept an offer. I’m loading up with spare cash for a big payday when that takeover arrives in 2-5 years :)

I agree great result at SD with it it being a thicker pay. LMS1 will come good just need to get around the high pressures and mud issues. It did have good porosities so shouldn’t be sub commercial at those pressures, as PW said stimulation should do the trick :) Hopefully price bounces off 60p soon.

I wouldn't count on any large increases in Lidsey flow rates. What this share needs is SCC go ahead for Brockham and flow tests at Balcombe and sharpish. Ask yourself this Pboo why hasn't Vonk announced anything from Lidsey? If what you and your Twitter profile is suggesting there should be some news to update the market on.

RNS was on the 8th of May with 30 days approx to test it, so you would think results would land this week.

I think you take my comments far too seriously, would be nice if ownership and operatorship were taken into account! For me 20th June is the big one, even though they could just go ahead with Balcombe right now, they will wait to see if they can go back to back with Brockham. Hopefully there will be more pumpy than dumpy in the lead up to SCC meeting.
