Just done a £2 million placing at 9p some of those investors will sell those placing shares to make a guaranteed profit and maybe hold the rest. As soon as equipment starts rolling in that's when I expect things to pick up.

Just wondering if we knew who the £2 million came from? Vonk mentioned institutional investors in his interview and that he could have raised more. Anyone have any info outside the placing RNS?

Pence for once I agree with you wholeheartedly. I warned of potential cash doubts and this just proves that we are not producing that much at Lidsey otherwise we wouldn’t need this raise. Hence why the company have kept quiet about sustainable Lidsey rates after the initial ones. In the long term it doesn’t matter because as soon as Brockham produces over 1000 bopd this company will be worth so much more. It’s just the traders and short termers who are whinging. The placing is tiny and volume for Brockham lead up will leave little overhang. Easy money at 9p placing to be had here. Fill your boots bring on the EWTs!

To me this looks like a large holder offloading, for what reason I do not know. But it creates lots of cheap shares for us PI's.

It's just noise, just like the earthquake concerns in the planning meeting. They have planning permission and OGA approval to produce for 18 months.

Indeed investing is pretty simple really. Find a company with good cash flow and high chances of successful discovery to increase that cash flow. Invest in it and then wait until the market wakes up to how valuable that business is or until it gets bought out. Emotion makes us too impatient. Just look at RPT with all their cash flowing in and now the market has woken up to it. Same will happen here in the near future, make the most of the low share price.

No one should be expecting 3000 bopd, Brockham isn't a horizontal well. We just need a sustainable 1000 bopd for this share price to multi bag. Even 500 would make us grossly undervalued at our current market cap.

Rodders your attempts at deramping are hilarious. The SP has risen at least 50% recently there will always be dips. Jealousy is pointless Brockham will be producing from the Kim this year, when will UKOG? Your EWT's will help prove up the Weald and so will Brockham's, so both companies will help each other. Your seller at UKOG is still there, Angs' is pretty much gone. Both companies will succeed in the long term. There is no need to come over here and deramp, why don't you have some skin in both?

18 Months of “testing” with all oil produced being able to be sold. In that time I imagine Angus will submit permission for longer term prodiction. Yes they have the production license but just a formality of planning permission. 18 months was clever to get so much time to test Brockham.

Alan can you shed any light on Northman's gas limit query? We should probably start paying you as an Angus BB consultant!!

That's funny you say that after topping up, once you have changed your mind and don't think its going to go any lower! Guess if there is a placing you will say afterwards that you bought at 8p and sold at 9p!

PV is that thick sometimes, he did exactly the same when they did a placing at 13p. Said 13p was way undervalue, then proceeded to do another at 6p. Yes this was all due to Lidsey cock up and buying Balcombe, but I'm afraid it is possible so you will have to eat your words. If I had his financial background I would be thinking of a placing before Brockham to act as a safety net. As I've said I don't care as this will be many multiples of where we are now in the long term. Just one Kimmeridge producing well will rerate this SP massively. Best of luck holders, can't wait to see tankers coming out of Brockham!

I don’t really care if there is one last PI finance as it means I can buy more cheap shares. But yes I agree Wolf, apart from that you could flip your argument and say they paid for Balcombe flow test and now need a cushion of finance for the Brockham EWT’s, which they may not currently have. Anyway it doesn’t matter in 6 months time this could be so much higher than it is and then the longer term prospects of more Kimmeridge wells at Brockham means this could be over a pound.

Good interview but I reckon my 90 year old mum could have done a better job asking PV those questions! Didn't know we had permission for 6 wells at Brockham, that's awesome! Cash cow here we come. It's all coming together quite nicely with Bergen nearly out, the oil price in the 80's, the Weald play slowly being derisked and the final piece of ignition as Brockham is about to be turned on as a producer. 7p is going to be huge value in 6 months time let alone a year! Cash cow here we come.
