Just popped back to have a look in here. Seems as though nothing has changed since I sold out wish is rather upsetting for all shareholders. Any new catalysts for growth? Have they found any new Moroccan customers or tied in any more wells at SD? The BOD need to get their arse in gear and find better catalysts for growth such as bottled gas or reducing capex at least!

Great post Chris but how can you apply that high a PE ratio when Covid may only last for max 2 years? I agree NCYT is undervalued but even the Novacyt 13 account manager job specs are for a year contract only so the market is uncertain whether they can look much further than 1/2 years. Hence I don’t think you can apply such a large PE ratio of 20. 5 is more realistic.

Yeh would be nice if Graham gave us an update, you know are we manufacturing hire than 10 mill are we selling all of them etc. PR and shareholder relations is shocking and very quiet which makes me think Graham is ****ed off with traders or something is brewing like merger or takeover. Good press on winter flu test looks like a game changer and great that we are first to market.

Anyone seen the article of Heathrow trials and AVCT holders saying it’s their test and ODX saying it’s their joint antigen test with Mologic? It says compared with PCR which I imagine is us. Is anyone worried about the competition now or do we think the demand for tests is so high that it won’t make a difference to our sales figures? I tend to lean on the demand outstrips supply atm. Thoughts?

No the bod do not need to RNS a rejected offer. When they have a suitable offer to out to shareholders they will RNS it.

Your guess is as good as mine. Would be lovely if it was to buy NCYT but as I said in my opinion it's unlikely. The AZ RNS states "use the net proceeds of the issue for general corporate purposes, which may include the refinancing of existing indebtedness."

Yep exactly what I just posted below, i can only speculate like you.

I'm not privy to info outside of public domain but the company strategy is focus on those pillars and everything broadcasted is how we are helping the NHS and government and not ambition to add a diagnostic arm to our business. Who knows I could be completely wrong and a big offer could come in tomorrow. Their main focus was securing antibody and antigen testing for their employees so that they can continue to work. They aren't going to tell their employees are they so I could be very wrong. If i was a director i wouldn't be posting on this board lol.

Having said that Novacyt is still a great company and will increase their revenues in the months to come and therefore the SP should do the same.

I work for AstraZeneca they see Novacyt as a partner and are focused on their pillars of respiratory, oncology, immunology, cv met and some vaccines. I repeat not diagnostics this is just to help the NHS and the government out so that they can get the economy back to normal. Please stop fantasising about an AZ takeover, if they were going to take them over they would have done along time ago. They see them as a partner just like all their other diagnostic partners.

FTSEDOW yes now we are in auction I can now see all the sell orders on the ask for level 2. Fair few of them in 100k and 250k chunks it may be the MMs spoofing trying time get people to sell but I’m in it for the end sale so doesn’t bother me. 3 vs 2 for 16.50 vs 17.50 so looking pretty stable.
