The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
My top picks would be
IPF for recovery 160p pre covid still managing to do business, recent director buys.
NCYT for a second half of this year and maybe into 2021 if COVID persists
FXPO has a very low PE ratio and is printing money so would be a good growth stock during and post COVID
GGP and EUA would be good miners to have for being taken out by bigger companies due to the worth of their assets and low risk of placings due to current mining contracts in place for funding.
Seems an odd declaration as they bought and sold at the same price. They can’t build a position for someone without us knowing as when it goes above 1% they have to declare it so we will know if someone starts building a stake. If it’s just an asset sale if MT though what’s the point of building a stake? Unless it’s an investment as they know the sp will go up in the future one sale is announced of asset. Only if it’s a full company sale is there much point building a stake.
Every time the bid pops up into 19p on level 2 it is met with a few chunky sells. May just be someone who has made over 40% from 13p on the suspension or sellers who had a target of near 20p pre suspension. Anyway what I'm trying to say is once clear we should motor up. Could do with some news to push us above this resistance, flaps anyone ....... I'm holding out for the offer and the RNS of who the offeror is! Good luck all the assets speak for themselves one of a kind and very valuable :)
Not trying to ramp just staying the facts.... I’ve held for a while but my partner wants to get in on the action. Tried to buy for her and kept going NT. They kept dropping the bid and sells were going through but very few buys. Anyway managed to just get her some at 17p but it took a while. Filling buy orders for someone maybe? Who knows all speculation but very hard to buy this morning.
BOD have smashed it and have put the ball in the court of the big boys. By appointing the banks it has meant no NN or anyone else can get them on the cheap and they have to follow the bidding process. All the big companies know the flanks are days away and want to buy the shares on the open market because thats where they will get them the cheapest hence the SP action. Be interesting to see the TR1s that come in!
I took it as the BOD are smart and realise someone could have taken over the company very cheaply if the SP kept at a low level. By announcing the now substantiated intention to sell they know the market will increase the SP to a more realistic value and fending off a cheap sale or takeover. The flanks license has had all the sign off including FSB and just needs to be issued by Sevzapnedra which again being able to start trading again will have a massive effect as will increase resources at MT to 15 Moz verified.
Yes would just need to collect saliva in a test tube. Much easier than swabbing your tonsils and up your nose like people are having to do at the moment. My partner had a swab test from the drive through at Milton near Cambridge yesterday and that's what she had to do (tonsil and up the nose), came back negative btw.
AZ working with Novacyt to trial saliva based PCR tests so that their employees can use it instead of swabs. Would make sense if government also trialling as they need to see if saliva has enough viral load to replace swabs as less invasive. I did say this ages ago that they were working on a saliva based PCR test.
Great thanks yes just watched the interview and they are expecting to borrow against the existing production that they will be buying.
Hello quick question does anyone know who the BOD may use to raise debt to finance their next acquisition? Has just debt been talked about or other ways of financing?
Very pleased I chucked a large portion of my SIPP in EUA. I had full faith in the BOD to bring this to a sale but must admit the short attack down to 2.5p did have me second guessing myself. So thanks to all the excellent posts of research who kept my head straight and made me go over my research again. It made me realise the assets absolutely dwarfed the value of the company and there was no way I was selling. To the shorters I don't agree with the way you make money but hey ho each to their own, hope you learn your lesson from this.
