George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Morning Shear Class.
The Buyer and seller will know exactly who each other are from experience. The Sales Traders will be negotiating back and forth trying to achieve the best outcome for their clients.
The only time that might not be the case, is where a corporate raid of sorts ( which you don't see so much these days, as takeover by scheme of arrangement is far more cost effective) is taking place.
Or, alternatively, if buyer and seller are conducting business via Dark Pool venues. But still, if you were dealing in huge size, there's only so many places ( Institutions) that could supply the size.
Just for the record I'm not suggesting corporate activity, just making a point.
I'm sure the Tr1s will be incoming and all will be revealed.
Trevor couldn't buy them as he's in the close period, so even if he wanted them, he's bound by the rules.
Miton selling days before, is a little strange, but these are strange times.
I think that Armstrong may have picked the stock up, but that's just guy feeling.
If there was a cash raise coming, Miton would I'm sure have been sounded out, and therefore would be insiders on any deal - so I don't think that's the case.
All a bit of a mystery

When you see large lines of stock going through at the same price, it's generally Institutional Business.
It's called an Agency Cross, usually conducted at the Mid Price so that it doesn't affect a Funds valuation - it just drops right into the portfolio (which is valued at Mid Price).
The MM's will facilitate the Business via their Sales Trading desk ( the Sales Guys and Girls who speak directly with the Pension Funds) and will charge the client a commission of 'X' Basis points.
That differs to a retail punter, who buys stock from the MM's via a Broker, where MM buys TM17 stock from a seller at say £1.83 and sells it at £1.87 to a buyer making a 4p profit on however many shares he sells.
Every little helps.
Yes, I spotted that.
I suppose once China re-opened that was the end of that.
I have a pair here - they're superb.
I'm interested to see how they fit in with the Castrads business that's been all over LinkedIn - could be just he ticket for the Chuckery Road site.
