What actually exists in the PLC then?

That is correct, the entities that we are appointed over are subsidiaries of PLC (one is an indirect subsidiary). PLC therefore primarily acted as a holding company, which held the shares in the trading entities. As far as we are aware, none of the trading assets (plant and machinery, stock etc) reside within PLC.

Thank you for your email. We have now been appointed as administrators of the Companies, but our appointments do not extend to Chamberlin PLC, the entity which I presume you are a shareholder of. The directors of Chamberlin PLC remain in control of that entity at present

Yes, quite simply without deals ( where money is actually exchanged) they're valued at 'The Markets' perceived value.

You could actually argue that they are in fact liabilities until they earn their keep.

If you genuinely believe they're worth 15-20p then buy them up there.

Except you'll need deep pockets as you run into several placings along the way.

We're not here because of derampers.

We're here because the company has failed to deliver, whilst burning through cash at a rate of knots.

The fact that TB bought stock in this vehicle, is irrelevant.

He bought chunks of Chamberlin, and they (despite a steady stream of positive updates) are now suspended and unlikely to exist as we know it. Although allegedly the Cookware division has been swiftly acquired - answers on a postcard.

You may well get a few tops and bottoms right on some of these moves, but I think generally the odds in this game are in someone else's favor.
