Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
That's a chunk of change - 23 Million shares - circa 5% of the Free Float.
Appears to be of similar size to Monecor's Holding.
Any thoughts?
Morning L
Yes, there's been plenty happening at RDC and at Petrel with a number of appointments in both subsidiaries.
I think the appointments reflect the increased activity within the business and a need to have the right people driving it forward. Most of the appointments are at a senior management level.
I've been following a number of similar companies, and there does generally seem to be a significant amount of work being undertaken at present.
Been following some positive newsflow from the company on LinkedIn.
This is from the recently appointed MD of RDC Steve Shore.
So, the five year plan is in place for RDC, We have a strong foundation and the making of a really high quality team and individuals, I see major growth in terms of customer base and supplier partnerships, expanding shift patterns to enable RDC to produce what our customers and markets require.
We are adding to the team, the common denominator being quality positive individuals that enhance what we already have, we have technical expertise throughout RDC, hence why we are moving quickly.
KPI;
Keep people interested
Keep people informed
Keep people involved
Keep people inspired
If you want to buy into RDC either as a customer, supplier or career let me know

The punter who lifted a Million @ 0.7 first thing - bloody well done!!

It's every week at the moment.
Disgraceful.

Well, should have read the News below before replying.
That's put a big smile on my face.
Evening APD.
My original position was in Arden, of which I was up nicely also. However, it was so illiquid, every time I tried to take the profit, the MM's whacked it. I mean they were 26 bid, and to sell 10k was miles away.
Ince came in and Bid for them, so I figured a decent-sized company with circa £100m T/O might be the way forward.
The bulk of the position was after the fundraise, on the back of stakebuilding to average the position. Foolishly thought it may recover.
With regards to Alan and his Wife's intentions, I have my own opinions on what might happen next, but for obvious reasons, I'm not going to voice them here. I'm no Legal Eagle and Alan looks like he might get the hump and unleash hell on you if the wrong thing was said (if you know what I mean).
Whatever happens now, I'll be seriously surprised if it benefits any of the small shareholders like you or I.
Chin up Gilby, I think more than a few of us have been kicked around the pitch this past few months.
Relentless!!
Have to say the Chamberlin Linkedin page and associated Employee profiles have been extremely upbeat of late.
There's plenty going on - especially at RDC.
I wonder if the stock hitting the market is a result of the Cenkos merger - clearing the decks of residual positions etc. I don't have access to Bloomberg, so cannot see who's behind the volume.
Incorrect.
There should be no difference in market cap.
You could have 100m shares at 50p or 50m shares at a pound - no difference.
Agreed.
I'm just concerned that we may get low - balled by a buyer for the business ( kicked in the balls) and it somehow get accepted.
Unless someone out there is getting them down for an almighty year end tax loss.
Regardless, it feels off.
Well, as a purely speculative, make believe assessment of the situation, it could be yet more of the same old 'Lets look for an Aim company that may or may not in the future require some funding and smash the share price to pieces, and offer to step in and raise some cash in a difficult market at a huge discount ' type of thing.
Same old same old same old (allegedly).
The usual downward drift has resumed.
Just waiting for the next twist in what should be a reasonable turnaround situation.
