Safety, So how would you value the company? I mean you value company on profits /turnover/ etc..normally, like any other business. 20 years of books to look at! Obviously there is value in the R and D and work done over the years but that is very hard to put a figure on. Ab accountant would surely advise basing a valuation on the profit so far ..ie Zero. and future projections....well the forecasts have not been good have they? Not accurate.

It's a tough one to value.

I have pointed out to him all the Government funds are going to former labour strongholds. Cornwall needs more funding but has no chance. After the next election Labour will be wiped out in the South West. They were never very popular over the years and despised by many now.
