I've lived through 7 decades of "they" and experts saying technology will cut employment ,increase leisure time, etc... Never really materialised. Much of the population are still doing long hours , Entrepreneurs still working even longer hours ..managing risk/reward. I don't think Ai is taking over the world but I do think employment roles will be re defined and those working will have to adapt. As ever.

IT and the advent of wide use of computers and the development of the WWW came with all sorts of doom laden predictions. Look how many are employed in IT sector now!
