We have oil. A heat pump will not cut it on a 210 year old stone cottage. The roof is original and I'm not sticking panels on it! Too fragile. However for a three bed extended £65 per month for LX is ok.

I would say that a heavy oil user and petrol user a decent tranche of BP or Shell shares is a good hedge.. Unless you can claim it back of course...

Taken a tranche now. Will add on the dips but most definitely sell on a decent % gain.

Worst way , watch them until divi record date. Some of the cash is profit anyway. I'm feeling reckless... :)
