RE power grab. @ 10.40 not 8 something or other. Short term holders can make money. Many long termers are in profit, it's just not what was promised. If it's shoved through at this or a slightly higher offer I want to see what JC get's out of this..

He may have to go back to ESY and say shareholders ,the big ones want more! and he will know how much.

Sp should be near offer. I suspect he may go back and say majirity sharehokders want more. He might get more. No doubt he has a llan that suits him.

Big stakeholders may say no!. Either way JC will come out if it well..SP should be 10p.

Sp will keep rising. There is still a chance another possible buyer will come in I suppose .Can't rule it out but looks like a done deal. I would expect the current sp to rise very close to the offer price. Even a 10% sting looks like easy money.

Just read it again. My guess is they (ESY) will waive the due diligence and go ahead and firm up the offer having been advised by JC the larger shareholders will accept. Just reading between the lines..

As I speculated a while back I'll bet my bottom dollar JC will be kept on as some kind of highly paid advisor.....It will come out in the wash.

Yes I get it Gizmo. I said when the offer was rns'd there was a premium to be made. Just question of whether the offer goes away or not. Its a gamble because it will drop back further if it goes..
