Gizmo, a last minute or last day volume change is unlikely surely? The sp is fairly illiquid. And would move too quickly up or down which would not suit a seller or buyer.

Why would an extension be forthcoming if the offer is so derisory? They are not going to double it and one else has come in? Also the market is dead..

There are always leaks in these processes and there is no evidence of a big buyer. There has been a drip drip 100K seller though.
