I ask myself a question like this: 'after the £900k placing in June what realistically did shareholders hope for for the rest of the year?'

Personally I don't think they could have asked for as much as they've got. They've managed to enter into a JV where the opex risk and capex costs are nil and entirely serviced out to the partner... and yet aren't even giving up most of the project in return. Again it seems almost too good to be true but yesterday's news has got to make you think that this deal is happening with commercial production in the very near term. Excellent!

I don't care what any downbeaters say, what seemed like too good a deal to be true a few weeks ago now has a binding agreement and is procedding as planned. This deserves to be at least a multiple higher.

Crocq, the October target is out the window as seen in this paragraph in the last update: 'A temporary suspension of mining operations was implemented in mid-September 2025 in order to allow time to address these issues, the installation of additional equipment at the plant, and also allow for the refurbishment and replacement of a number of key plant operational items, which are now due to arrive in mid-October. The combination of these upgrades to the plant and targeted improvements in the mining performance are expected to drive a significant improvement in sustainable production from November onwards. '

The 1500Tpm target is still being used though so probably have to wait til closer to christmas to find out just how much improvement is being seen.

CLSK that’s how it works across most AIM and uk micro stocks. Pitiful volume means that as little as 1% buying/selling can see 25% moves.

I avoid low volume stocks now unless the investment case is too compelling to ignore.

Actually right now they are likely modestly profitable / at least break even at the operating level for the very first time. Take the most recent FY results, revenue of £23.8m resulted in an operating loss of £3.9m making operating break even to be around £28m (adding a bit for inflation).

Current tin price is $36k/£27.5k and Andrada is producing ~1000t contained tin a year which is just shy of the operating break even level. The tantalum gets them to £28m.

Problem is they should be making hay right now and would be if they had access to this higher grade ore. And of course there's debt to repay.

In the past we’d have seen a far bigger sell off on a day like today but now there’s a solid foundation with the funding in place and we all da*n well know that interest is going to build into the SGC readout and with it the share price.

A few more weeks for the day traders to go chasing after some other shiny thing and then it’s up and away as news draws closer. Not long to wait now!

Segun has proved how focused he is on building the company and how little he cares about appeasing shareholders in the short term. That's meant at times being frustrated by what seems like a lack of urgency/ slowness on other fronts but that's all about to change now through the rest of the year.

Those of us who did sell or reduce too early have got a bit lucky here and have been given a wonderful reentry. The rest will be further rewarded for their patience I think.

I think you'll fund it was 70p yesterday and 75p a few weeks ago. There's been no pump, just a steady trend northwards that continues.

I’m not particularly clued up with the other company but I believe shareholders are expecting an upgrade to st least 150k ounces and they own 100%. And it’s not their only project.

Similar to Jangada then given 50% and also having another project (vanadium).

As I said yesterday a reasonable comparison with a fair argument for them being valued about the same… Mila now valued £16m.

Lithium quietly seeing a bit of a recovery too. We need to remember that SQM as the second biggest lithium producer in the world can generate profit at a much lower spodumene price than the majority of peers, even at the current price, so slightly higher lithium prices could be enough to add significant potential value to Lithium Ridge assuming a discovery. Andrada itself would be able to make a profit at a much lower spodumene price too as lithium at Uis is essentially a byproduct but it needs to be high enough to warrant taking on more debt / equity to build the production capacity.

Worth keeping an eye on.

Surprise surprise, all those ‘concerns’ last week because the share price reverted back to the placing price briefly appear unfounded.

Good to see which posters comment before engaging brain. 39m shares at IPO, 39m holding today. More than double the shares in issue hence the ~52% reduction in percentage of company owned.

It’s very rare to find people who understand finance, complicated science AND be able to get that across in writing in such an engaging way - Allie is truly gifted.

I suspect most of those angry at me for highlighting the risks and red flags here are softening up. Emma is truly treating shareholders with contempt, 2 and a half months since the mid August gold pour and two months left to renegotiate debt and absolutely no updates of note to the market.

Sounds more like one of Elon Musk's kids than a company.

It's interesting to compare with MILA, somewhat comparable to Jangada. In June they raised £750k at 0.7p which valued them at just £4m mcap but four months on after a set of positive drill results and the gold backdrop tailwind they are now valued at £15m

It would be good to hear that they are still on schedule to release SGC data this quarter. If they confirm that it means we’re highly likely to get that data within about six weeks.

Obviously the current funding won't last forever but it's substantial like you say below tcbx, the exploration plan is fully funded and all going well that means through to PEA which is due by March.

And if the drilling results are what we're hoping for funding will be forthcoming. So what matters is (i) completing the PEA with current funding and (ii) seeing that 350k+ oz resource confirmed with highly favourable project metrics.

And what can we realistically expect with several big farmers knocking on our door? A massive top of the range combine harvester? A couple of diggers and perhaps a scarecrow?

Anything's possible but i'd be very surprised. The 0.6p raise came after a long period of doing absolutely nothing operationally. If the proceeds are used to complete the PEA with an upgrade to 350k ounces and with gold having risen from $3300/oz at time of acquisition (and more likely sub $3000/oz when deal was being worked) to $4000/oz then at a minimum I'd expect JAN management to secure funding at double that valuation. And I'm personally hoping for much more than 1.2p.
