I presume gizmo means focusing on internal flights i.e domestic airports but that there's an even bigger international market to corner. It would be nice to get some sort of clarity at some point from the company itself on what airport testing will mean in regards to likely revenues in 2021...

Not right now it's not, post-vaccine. That would mean 100000 deaths a year for the foreseeable future/275 a day all year round, highly doubt it.

The truth is very few people will be analysing it in the way that you are (and that's not a dig at you, the opposite) that they can get away with vague language and then interpret it as they see fit. Comparisons will be made vis a vis last year and I guess data that shows case loads are not leading to exponential increases in hospitalisations will be enough to plough on and open up.

@porky I agree with your last post. I do wonder at times what the board themselves make of the share price, after all there was those flurry of director buys last November which suggested they were expecting the SP to be higher than £8 by now and whether or not they will show their hand (i.e more director buys or share buybacks).

Still, this is a long-term project which is not about the here and the now but building a successful business that will survive the test of time.

Are you sure about that? It seems to me like this tight market may endure - is it not possible that the commercialisation of VRFBs as well as strong demand for vanadium strengthened steel leads to higher V prices long term?

Worked through at 16:07 at that price is very likely a sell or increased short. It doesn't matter, probably a trader banking on no rns tomorrow and hoping to buy back a few percent lower.

Highly successful investors like Myles McNulty state it as one of the main reasons they are invested so perhaps it is you that doesn't understand the importance of it/ where the company is heading quite as lucidly as others with far more investing experience than yourself and who are much closer to what's going on on the ground?

Well it hasn't succeeded yet, has it? The rising FeV should lead to long term healthy profits and you'd think as the stock market is forward looking that the market would move first but it hasn't yet. What we do know for certain though is if BMN does go on to book the sort of profits we are projecting then the share price will, for certain, reflect that.

I'd like to see large paper profits today but I'm happy to wait to watch it all play out as I believe it is going to.

When you think that the market cap stayed around £210m throughout the first quarter of 2021 at more or less breakeven FeV prices and I think I read previously that it would cost something like $600m to set up an operation like Bushveld has...

It really emphasises how undervalued the company is at a piddly £180m.

I took a little off the table yesterday on the rise as I just don't think we'll see any meaningful and sustained share price rerate until the dispute is completely resolved and we have a clear strategy for what's next after covid. And yes I know you don't all agree with a 'after covid' but besides the short-medium term fit to fly testing I don't think we'll be selling tens of millions of PCR tests to governments/private sector long term. So it's a case of understanding what the genetic surveillance/bioinformatics means in regards to long term revenue and what other avenues the company plans to go down - an acquisition and soon would make that much clearer.

Monkey you're getting rather ahead of yourself, right now we are at the V sweet spot, it's a bit premature to be speaking of niobium substitution.

From what I understand there simply isn't enough supply of vanadium available to meet the needs of rapid VRFB adoption, there is barely enough supply to meet the needs of a thirsty steel market driven by the chinese. Isn't a slow and steady move to adoption of VRFBs and a consensus that this is the best all round option for grid scale stationary storage for the future what we need?

Also, if you are using Europe FeV 80% for example over the past week, it has risen from $40/kg to $42.75/kg. That 6.8% rise in FeV actually equates to an increase of ~30% profit if costs are $30/kg all in.

Buys and sell volume is never accurate I'm afraid, if the price is lower there will have been more sells than buys.

I set a price target of $29k BTC and £1.05 Argo and simply stuck to that, does that mean bitcoin is cheap in comparison or that Argo is strong (and therefore the better buy)??? I don't know but either way I just stuck to my own personal entry target.
