Ps you've already said you're out at ~70p and so have others on here so if LR goes about boosting the share price in the short term all he does is provide an exit for the likes of you and possibly me - i.e irrelevant to NCYT medium term.

It's all about operational progress from here on out, whether we are here or not. Transform the company into a profitable one and the sp will be above that £1.38 target in the blink of an eye - the SP will stay in the doldrums, whether 40p or 60p, until that progress is visible.

Partner up via a licensing deal - in other words someone foots the bill but takes a big share in future profits if successful through p3

If placings are the only option for a promising drug company going into phase 3 trials then they are all dead in the water with no chance of making it through trials - surely there has to be other options for those doing all the right things?

Seems excessive to me - i've doubled up my small holding at 12.4p, there is a decent chance of something other than a discounted placing here.

Sure Saluc but how many ordinary voters actually voted in general when you strip out those in the concert party - Hemant, Puruvi, Shishir et all + FT group and Optiva - 13% perhaps?

We will never know if things would have been better with the FT group because that reality isn't playing out, all we know is thy failed to motivate the vast majority to vote - likely because of Rollins' previous failures in particular.

We all read the pre trial summary judgement. It’s not about guilt or not, it’s about the somewhat subjective legal interpretation that was being left to Justice Jeffords. There is no question re the quality of tests being produced outside of a very challenging and rapidly changing pandemic environment in which labs need to adapt in tandem.

If the tests are approved by the major health bodies then they will be bought, it’s as simple as that.

He won’t care a tuppence if it drops into the 40s for a bit, why would he? It makes very little difference to him for now and if anything just gives him even cheaper entry and he’ll be judged on operational performance going forward with the share price following if positive.

Short term share price doesn’t matter to a new CEO that doesn’t need to raise.

That’s quite a simple way of looking at it. It’s not a democratic vote, it’s not one vote per person. Shishir is the largest shareholder in the company and controls the narrative as is seen by the way they were able to broadcast and disseminate their responses to the requisitioners widely to the market.

That being said it’s annoying to see the spammers on here continuing post AGM vote - go away and leave the shareholders to themselves unless you have something of substance to add.

My guess is that LR will do nothing for a week or two and let the share price drift before buying in himself, alongside the other directors which will signal the bottom.

on a serious note it's such a bad decision to dish out shares willy nilly at such a discount. 5.2m shares is weeks and weeks worth of volume, forcing that investor to buy on the open market would do the world of good.

even a small discount to market price of say 2.2p would be palatable but 1.9p is a **** take after the recent rise.

CS you say that about LR burning money but he repeatedly spoke of his focus on preserving cash in the near term in the recent IMC so it does at least sound like he’s learnt from his mistakes.

I loosely followed YG in the past and I certainly don’t remember that being a priority of his back then.

You say that but the company was an empty shell that was being valued well below cash until the YG acquisition so I'm not so sure it would be trading above cash position today if there was absolutely no activity but £65m in the bank.

Amy, what you're missing is that whilst Argo behaves like a shi*coin, it's actually a company that needs to remain solvent in order to continue. You may well be right about Argo getting somewhat swept up in the next bullrun but it really has to happen soon, in the latest six months because of the debt maturity with Galaxy and hosting agreement ending. It's also possible that cash burn ends up a lot worse than some on here think and they end up out of cash by early October meaning even less time for BTC to go on a run.

If no btc price discovery by end of August I think the interims might well look so bad as to eviscerate the SP here and blow any chance of a company saving placing - so that's just over two months time.

Sure the sp might be a tad higher right now if there was £65m in the kitty sans YG instead of £35m but boy would the outlook be dire.

I prefer it this way around as at least there's the distinct possibility of some positive moves over the coming months vs perpetual tumbleweed.

The 'losers' are going to hold around 30% of the total voting rights, you do not want the losers 'selling their shares and moving on'.

I'm 50% down on my first buys but I added considerably around current price, well around 1.3p so my average is ~1.55p.

Fine for now (although need to make up for losses elsewhere!)

I'm also aware that anymore major slip ups and there is a chance of failure here, so the next 3 months or so are critical.
