Isn't $4.25m based on just 0.6g grade yet 1.55g/bcm was the average during the bulk testing and we've had Mike state also that they could employ dual wash plants. Granted you're using the current sky high gold price but reasonable to assume given the above that revenues could easily double at least from that $4.25m figure.

High chance those like you still in 'placing means share price annihilation' mindset completely miss out here.

There are potential non dilutive options but if it is a placing as long as it's to institutions and the director's buy in I think we'll see the share price appreciate rather than stagnate, seeing as it will remove the noose (CLN) as you say for the medium term.

Christina strongly hinted at a deal for a third party warhead so if that comes first that validation will mean any future raise will be at a much higher level than we're at today.

McMuff, you've made tons of claims recently that haven't come to fruition. You were absolutely adamant that funding had to be sorted before annual accounts were filed, you were dead certain of a placing a month or so ago when the share price started tanking etc - perhaps you don't necessarily know what you're talking about as you come up with more existential conclusions once again?

In other words imagine an II is watching this and wanting to buy in heavily alongside Conifer and Lombard - if offered to purchase all in one transaction whilst also funding the company (the biggest drag on the share price currently) at 35p that's a deal they are likely to favour.

It helps having someone like Richard Hughes on the board to sort a mutually beneficial deal.

You're asking the wrong question. We've just seen some IIs buying on the open market which must have been around the low 30s. At what price would an II pay to take 3% of the company without the hassle (and increasing price) that would come with buying open market? I can see a placing still above today's market price with no access for private investors.

No, I don't accept that. Where is your evidence that this started out as a trial to prove that AVA6000 was better at treating STS than standard Dox? For example, in the 2020 annual report released in mid 2021 this is the only mention of STS:

'Phase I study will be clinical proof-of-concept of the pre|CISION™ platform

The phase I study is a first-in-human, open-label, multi-centre study to be carried out in the UK in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumours which are known to be FAP positive, including pancreatic, colorectal, breast, ovarian, bladder and non-small cell lung cancers, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck and soft-tissue sarcoma.'

Then Bill Tap got on board and STS became the focus, switching to SGC and TNBC more recently. It's fluid as they zero in on phase 2... it's simply not true that phase 2 was always about STS right from the start.

In a sense it's irrelevant, 5.8p is the fair value based on the terms Anglo were willing to agree to re JV but due to market factors, sentiment and to be frank, mismanagement from ARCM's end that fair value is never going to be achieved pre major discovery - it is however worth keeping in mind because a major discovery will bring sentiment soaring back here and see that 5.8p number back into focus as very much a base in which to springboard from.

Liquidity is returning to LSE small caps, one positive update and we could well see a complete 180 in sentiment and interest.

I understand your point to a degree but you’re misleading others here by saying STS is ‘dropped’, that’s simply not true and patients are currently being dosed in 1b. There is a focus on SGC recruitment given limited funding but I think you likely address part of the reason in your post, the vast potential of ava6103.

In essence CC and co likely see ava6103 as the company maker now. SGC is the quicker, simpler path to approval that can unlock the funding for ava6103.

So if your point is that management are way more excited about ava6103 than they are about ava6000 then most of us agree. It doesn’t in any way signal a failure to gain approval for STS however, it’s just a longer process given the greater PFS to beat and with limited resources difficult decisions have to be made.

As for your other point it’s ridiculous to call it luck that they found SGC to be so responsive, it was a 1a safety trial literally designed to find this stuff out. They are learning as they go which is totally expected with a first in human platform and technology.

I’d give your take more credibility if the switch in discourse from STS to SGC had happened with plenty of 1b data in hand, but it didn’t, it came from the heavily pretreated 1a cohort.

That to me suggests that the signal from 1a has left management certain that SGC will be approved and it’s really as simple as that. Given one indication that’s likely to be approved and one where it’s near certain given the low hanging fruit they’ve pivoted to the latter.

In other words I imagine they still expect great results from STS but the heterogeneity makes it that little bit more risky and they are playing the percentages. The change in focus months ago tells us nothing of what the 1b data will show so there’s every chance that it *is* going swimmingly now, at this stage.

Even if it were a lifestyle company it’s one where one of the world’s largest miners is taking on all the risk and cost to attempt to discover billion dollar copper deposits with said lifestyle company eventually retaining 20% of the value of discoveries.

So whatever you want to call it there is potential for massive outsized gains to be had from this low valuation.

The big holder on here (CLSK) sold a good chunk of his GRL to buy the bitcoin treasury company Coinsilium.

Selling here around 0.9p to buy COIN at around 5p - the latter a month later is 31p.

Well seeing as the time in which Anglo have to sink $24m into the ground is narrowing it can be assumed that the pace of drilling will be picked up at some point, most likely this drilling season ie now.

It *is* essentially the same as them buying shares. Let's assume instead they took a full salary in cash from the start and then bought shares on the open market... well that money would have needed to come from somewhere and so it would have meant more shares issued at each placing, so you end up in a similar place to them just issuing shares directly as remuneration.

Well the big seller appears to be out, whoever that was, and now it's a fair tussle at this 0.6p level.

Might build a little from here with the gold backdrop improving further.
