Buy backs are a waste of time with mm in charge. And the normal circumstances I would agree they are good for the firm but for THG and MM all it will do is give him license to hand out more shares to his management team.

Surely the shorts will see this as an open opportunity to close at a very low number.

I don’t know anyone who has been able to sell any of their ingenuity shares. I know plenty who are trying so the valuation right now is just made up to look good. Which pretty much sums up MM and his business ventures.

Sounds good on paper but he will most likely issue another 60 million quid worth to give out to his management team for the good work they have done. I’d rather him pay the debt and bring the costs down. Nothing so far has led me to believe anything this guy does.

Mm wants out. He will sell all of it, you will start to see a selection of disposals in the coming months.

here’s the issue onsolidground, i know 3 people who are trying to sell at anything down to 1.25 and there are no buyers, therefore the price is just a fugazi!!! a bull**** made up price to suit matt’s narrative. has anyone on here been able to sell ingenuity.

Someone who wants out (most likely the fund who are exiting FTSE companies) why would he or anyone pay more then they need to. More importantly why would MM buy them with his own money if he didn’t believe they were good value. Watch this space!!! They will be selling brands over the next 12 months. MM like all of us has had enough of this BS.

I’ve heard the VAT is all but done! Which is probably why MM has added an extra 25m shares. UK Beauty Manufacturing will be sold in the coming months, followed by US (Bentley) early summer and that’s just the start.

I’m not sure… I think he’s now trying to do the right thing (even an RNS) which he wouldn’t have done in the past. The issue is him, he’s not liked, the city hate him and he has made us uninvestable. I think he’s CLN was needed at the time to refinance.

Is it good news or bad new HH. Not sure I can take any more bad news from this share.

Do we have any idea how long they have before a decision is made. From looking at the docs, it looks like it’s been going on for 5 years. Whats another 5 years for a government who have no money and want to kick the can further down the road.

I can answer that one. The city doesn’t give a shlt about this type of behaviour. It does it itself Every every day. What it cares about is the ability to make money. If THG put out good numbers, it will put its difference aside and buy, hold and then sell.

Simple, they just want sell is to anyone who won’t continue to honour the ingenuity agreement for a period of x years.

I think many investors were put off by the shear fact that if a plc regulated company can be run so poorly just think how an unregulated private company that doesn’t need to ask permission for things or share much info could turn out.
