I’m totally with you on valuation and the city by the way, but MM has done us no favours and now seems to play into this.

He kind of does have some influence on the share price. He has chosen not to RNS a new Chairman joining the busienss, this is just 1 example of 20 where good news could have had a material impact on the share price and the perception of governance. The perception is the MM does whatever the fork he likes and for that reason many won’t touch us. He has chosen not to RNS and let the investment community know what’s going on.

Ps. What type of a company does not RNS a new CEO?

1.70 was publicly offered, whether you choose to believe the company who offered it was actually going to buy or not, but it was publicly offered and publicly turned down by MM for the reasons given below 2 years ago. 2 years on we have lost an additional 60 percent value… MM must go now.

If there is one thing that’s for sure Matt is not happy with the status quo! As a billionaire who lives a billionaires lifestyle, he can do whatever he wants, what he doesn’t want is scrutiny, questions and someone else making his homework in london. He’s had enough and will change as soon as he can. I do agree though Rock he shouldn’t be a public CEO, he’s an entrepreneur and a good one at that.

I would imagine the support he had 2 years ago when he turned down the 1.70 fictional offer has changed in many ways. I for one have completely changed my views of him, I think the company is massively undervalued, but I longer think Matt (the landlord) is capable of tangible change. Hes too emotional involved in his baby to see the wood from the trees.
