It used to be reported as “the THG Employee Trust” and now called VG. Interestingly, they used to have 75m shares.

Joseph - it’s fully funded for the next 18 months, so no way will they dilute and raise any time soon. Completely agree about tech business needing lots of money on the early days. They have spend 1.5b developing it for 15 years. The hope is that we are now at the tail end of the capex.

Please please please no share buy backs, it’s just an excuse to issue more free shares to staff without the share count increasing too much. If they are going to give back to share holders. Please give back to shareholders

Perhaps they are internally selling somehow... through a fund of some sorts to artificially keep the price low. so they can make a cheeky take private offer for beauty and nutrition. If the shorts can manipulate this and they hold 1% I'm sure the 65% can also play that game.

I remember the days when IPO's were undervalued and you did well to get in during the first few days...

I remember when this happened and was totally frowned upon and seen as very underhanded by MM. That said, there have been talks in the past 12 month of MM selling the property but talks seem to always break down. AKA MM is very difficult to deal with. In usual THG fashion nothing was ever announced by THG and only even came through other news channels.

Get MM out! He’s one of the worst public ceos I have ever seen.

Why would someone write 140 messages in 30 days about a company they don’t even like… makes no sense to me.

For balance - if I were going to invest 1b to help him take the company private, he’s exactly the kind of person I would want as ceo for my business.

Personally, I don’t think MM is a crap CEO, the business is where it is because of him, which is always a strong sign of a good CEO, he is certainly a fantastic entrepreneur. One of the best I have ever come across.

He is however a terrible terrible terrible PLC CEO and if we stay public (god forbid) has to be moved on and replaced ASAP if we are ever going to see some value returned.

What type of company doesn’t RNS a new Chairman… one that wants to keep the price down.

Prehaps the board are reading this and have decided MM can move into a “special projects role” whilst they hire a top ceo.

They have never responded to me, I have sent 3 emails in the last 3 months.
