After listening to the last two interviews with Leon and Johnny i don't think ATOR X-9 Mining and Drilling will be the mining partner.

They said they looking for a partner that will could possibly part fund operations if necessary and the partner should be a well established professional mining outfit.

Johnny mention in so many words that the people that they had weren't experienced enough in mining. ATOR X-9 Mining and Drilling seems to be managed by Jubilee ex managers.

The partner is expected to be announced next week.

I see the term "internal target date" seems to be the new choice of words.

We should find out who the mining partner will be in the next few days. Johnny said in a recent interview that the people they had doing the mining were basically doing advance gardening. They better have partnered up with a well established mining company...

In this statement the subject is "the first copper processing unit " so i assume they are saying this unit will eventually reach 320tpm. i could be wrong... maybe this needs to be clarified by Johnny.

Seis, that's what i initial thought but because they say it will be done in phases and at a price of 9 million i think it will be ramped up over time (from 120 to 320 tons )as the stages get completed.
