Just wanted to take a moment to reflect on the crazy world known as 'the stock market
Our of curiosity i thought I would take a look at todays LSE top risers.
No' 1 is a new floated today so will not look at that
At No' 2 we have AIG which got a 60% rise. Why, because they released an RNS that says they will release financial results in April. That is literally all it says and 'the stock market' decides this makes that company 60% more valuable, some £7 million more.
We say we have signed a contract that doubles the income an arm of the company made in the entire of last year and grantees 35% of our annual T/O for this year in mid Feb and the good old 'stock market' says this does not add any value to the company at all?

Tomorrow is another day and hopefully one that brings be back some of my faith in the stupid ****** up world of the stock market. Our time will come.

It is crazy! If you ask yourself what would have happened today if the RNS said a $5 million contract had been cancelled, what 40/50% drop?
Yet...
You say you won a $5 million contract and your already undervalued SP gets an extra 3%!
No reasoning sometimes but we will get there in the end, you can't hold a good share down for long.

Yes fair point Pickuza i will take that one. Not intentional just carried away in the excitement, still 50% one third...its all good

Trust me it really is just a wake up thing....the market will get there once people start doing the maths.
We can safely say this 5 million was not accounted for within this year TU figures which means we should turnover 15 million this year minimum (we all know this will be blown out the water maybe 2 or 3+ times over). This means our TU this year (keep in mind the exponential growth we are going through) is nearly 30% of our MC!
It really is crazy undervalued and this will be worked out by many very soon I am sure.

Just the 'sell on news' minded. Their shares will be snapped up by the long term big returns minded so its a good thing.

For now all I can say is amazing!
If this doesn't wake the market up of how ridiculously undervalued we are then nothing will.

Bojo, mentioning in his update that LFT will be part of the enf of lockdown plan?

If its the latter I wonder if Bojo bropped a bit of a clanger which has forced AS to release the data early?
Doing my own head in with some probable over thinking but its all fun! :)

I'm writing this although I don't necessarily believe it myself but, as pointed out. All the Europe talk with (testing selling there) with little to no talk about UK, is this because UK approval is already in the bag? NDA, Porton down etc??..Long shot I know.

It was a very nice suprise to see the RNS this morning but it was just that, a suprise. The why now? has been playing on my mind a bit today.
AS has been talking of great clinical results for months so I don't think todays data is new? AS has always kept this info very close to his chest and it was always clear (as with BAMS) that we will get S&S numbers once full real world validation is complete. Add in that AS said only a few days ago that he would give us this data in the TU presentation at the end of the month so we have this nery 2 weeks early.
There must be a reason to release it earlier than planed?
I'm the same as you when it comes to expectations that our PM will somehow tell us something before we know it but...it could well line up as you suggest. Downing Street would not want to make a big announcement that we are going to get you (the public) to take this great new test that no one (other than us lot) knows anything about or has any idea how good or bad it is......huuuum, very interesting.

This is of course excellent news for our tests and basically confirms we will be making and selling them in the multi millions.
However the bigger story is it truly puts our Affimers into the worlds shop window. Confirmation these things can work magic and they belong to us! All our other projects now look much more promising and they are worth possible 100s, yes 100s! Of billions!! £££

Yep, when you think about it. Covering your back against something bad happening because you didn't make this clear...nope, no logic in that.
Which leaves, its a not so subtle heads up on what is coming next. :)

Suggest to me that they plan to sell to the Yanks and want the full effect of that RNS to be known?

I'm not sure what I'm more happy about. The £400 or so I am up on this share today or the fact that it means we will not hear from our paranoid, conspiracy theory friends :)

So Avacta have released excellent clinical S&S results. Can never be sure if the market will pick up the connection of not but it should give our SP a boost today also.

This is how many DVRG shares GB has. It means he would have lost around half a million (on paper) quid in the last week, yet some think he will be OK with this as his Mrs made 50k (on paper) with her MSYS shares?
No one profits or loses more on the SP movement than GB himself. I am in no dout that improving the SP of DVRG is his main goal and one he will achieve.

You can't say I'm wrong for not going along with the speculation that you are trying to dress as fact!
Time will tell who is right and who is wrong.
GB is already on the BOD of MSYS, a share holder and is now in a position to profit from their sales.
He has much more to gain with DVRG SP going up than getting the other 50% (dont know what % it is but for example) of MSYS profits.
Let's just see what happens.

I would say todays announcement puts to bed any speculation of a MSYS takeover.
Why spead money taking a company over when you can already profit from selling / using their product. It would make no sense...not going to happen.

Some more excellent tech, science and experience into the mixing pot it goes.
Connect them all together and simmer until LSE folk say Booom! The day will come.
