no one has pointed out where it legally states that a group of persons can purchase shares to have a % holding. I've only ever seen individuals have a %. Directors don't buy as a group so to speak, they buy individually, so I asked London Stock Exchange under what rules/regs is a % holding allowed to be taken by a group, especially a group with no legal status. Not surprisingly, no answer! In fact I asked the FCA first, who told me to refer it to the London Stock Exchange it wasn't their remit. You can't hold something as a group to my knowledge unless it has a legal entity. is the action group incorporated? Anyhow, that aside, as I said, I'm disappointed, I had an expectation of Reynolds going down the pharms/med sciences route where he has show himself to be successful. This idea strikes me as a bit of an experiment for him like the vialogy one which didn't work out. Just my opinion.

I had over 32,000,000 but I ditched them when I didn't like the look of what was happening with the action group trying to take a % holding as a group, to which I still haven't had a response from the London Stock Exchange about my query over that and its over 10 weeks ago, and the fact that it was becoming evident that the old board just weren't going to budge. If Reynolds had announced that he was doing something in the pharms/medical sciences arena, I had every intention of re-investing, but not now. I have recently seen an article about another company that is doing recognition of customers as they walk in to high street stores, so that they can be targeted by the store staff in relation to the goods that they are usually interested in and offers etc. I think there are others who are already ahead in this game IMO. Anyhow, it makes no odds, as it was not the area that I was interested in so I won't be reinvesting.

it's called massive disappointment. Nothing else for it. I honestly expected him to find something in the pharmaceutical/medical sciences field. He hasn't. And I don't think I am alone in saying that I'm sure. Good luck.

news came out. I expected Reynolds to go for another pharmaceutical offering in the way that Opti is, but am now glad that I cashed in all my shares a while back, and will not be coming back in on this one as it stands. Such a disappointment, as I thought Reynolds would come up with something first class for New, but my gut feeling is that on this occasion he hasn't, but may be he will do a viaology, and if it goes pear shaped, reverse it in to something else. GLA.

the 24 million today isn't me, I sold £5,000 worth just after the bell first thing this morning. I can't understand why you don't take some out from here, make a quick buck elsewhere and bring it all back in here, hopefully with an increased holding? Anyhow, as I say, I'm not anti this share at all, I'm a big fan of AR, and I really hope he pulls it off, and I will be back in :)

I'm still holding a million, but have sold out 24 million in the past week or so. The TR1 today states accepting new members. The previous one said closed to new members or words to that effect from memory. Does it really matter? I'm still holding some, I'll top up if there is affirmative news, but at the moment, this is high risk as it stands, even for Aim, IMO.

looks like the action group are struggling, now inviting new members! What a shower! Glad I sold most of my holding this morning, and already 3k up with the proceeds elsewhere. Will re-visit here if they get their act together, and not otherwise. Good luck all, but I wouldn't invest to much here IMO as things stand. (IMO)

To my knowledge, you can only sign a TR1 for multiple holdings as a company, not as an action group. A company would have to be incorporated. Assumedly, the action group would also need to be incorporated somehow, so that is probably what they are now trying to do, and is may be why I haven't had an answer. Why don't you email the Share Registry and see if you get an answer, but I find it odd that they haven't answered after nearly a week! And I haven't said about Belize suddenly being sold, what I have said is that I don't find it surprising that it hasn't sold, as no doubt the current old Board members want to hang on to it and try and rescue things, particularly as POO is rising. My gut feeling is that AR, as much as I like him, is struggling here to make headway and not much is happening. I hope I'm wrong, but I am entitled to my opinion, as I am still a holder as well, and so as a precautionary measure at this stage, I have cut down my holding, and will await further news. I just hope that news isn't that AR and NL have walked away that's all.

Umm I wonder where the money might be coming from? Personally, I don't think the old BOD is going to budge. If they were, Belize would have been sold by now, but nothing has been said, and POO is rising, well over $41 now, so I don't think this lot are going to surrender very easily if at all, so for that reason, I cut down my holding a couple of weeks ago, until there is more news to provide any certainty. If that comes, I will top up, but too risky at the moment here, no guarantees of anything 3 months down the line. IMO.

Thank you but as I say, will wait to hear from the share registrars to satisfy my own curiosity! If there were an issue, then better put right now wouldn't you say, than later on when it might be challenged by certain members of the BODs! Get my gist!!!

it's not about that, I am supportive, but what I am asking is under what auspices do the action group have the right to file a TR1 showing updated holdings for a number of people? It is unfortunate that it is slightly misleading about not taking new members on, I'm not quite sure why that is on the form anyway, but I've emailed the share registrars for clarification as to the legal entity of the action group and will see what they say. It may be the action group have a legal constitution, I don't know, but for my own curiosity if nothing else, would like to find out, for future reference, in case anything else down the line arises.

it's not the point, you cannot have a group of self appointed people deciding what is in the best interests of the company and other shareholders. If there is an action group who are taking decisions on their members behalf and other shareholders, then it has to be constituted properly, and as a body, it should have a proper constitution otherwise they should each file a TR1 separately stating their holdings, which I think should have been done anyway, but who am I to know?! What I do feel however is that the current TR1 is probably not legal as it has misinformation on it which is misleading. I'll telephone the FCA and ask, easiest way around it I suppose. IMO.

misinformation on it? I suspect not. They probably need to file it again as I don't think the FCA would like it to be incorrect! I am not a member of the action group, but were people who are canvassed about this, in a democratic way, or is it a few people deciding who should be allowed to be added on to a TR1 with their holdings, i.e. chums and mates? If it was voted on in a democratic way by members then fine, but if not, then Ben should stand down IMO, as the action group is not been run democratically and fairly. I suggest he come on this forum and explain the situation please so that we know from the horse's mouth?

if one of our own can't get his facts right, then heaven help us. Were any of the NWOG action group canvassed about additional members being added to a TR1?

thanks for confirming it and clearly Ben admits they have made a boo boo. So I have sold out a large chunk today, still holding some, but I don't care for people who say they are taking no new members in support and then do the dirty on those who have been holding for some considerable time like that. Smacks of dishonesty to me.
