great work! So is this a serious play for a controlling interest?
how can anyone take you seriously????
read the posts, not said anything of the sort, simply asked if he was the same Daniel Smith that I found on LinkedIn and he has confirmed he isn't, that's all good, he's confirmed he is Daniel Smith, with the holdings RNS. The question is, is this just a pump and dump again, or do these people have serious intentions to take a 51% control of the company? I applaud them if it is the latter, and I don't if it's the former.
to come in and tell us his plan?????
but I sincerely hope the intentions are honourable!
well at least you've made your position clear to pump and then dump!
so at least we know you are Daniel Smith who has declared a holdings RNS then! :) we're getting there!!!!
As I said pump and dump. I think it happened last time over a weekend from recollection, pump it up and then folks ditched out early the following week. Am I right? Whatever, I'm sure they will all ditch within a few days having pumped the hell out of it to make themselves a bit more cash. Good on them, but to keep doing this and causing people to be trapped, as I was a year ago, means that these people have no respect in my book.
so this is just a pump and dump mission again then by a few? In which case, any who have got in, had better get out before the rush around 2pm to ditch no doubt!
No doubt you will all be selling out again this afternoon once you've pumped it hard! Who knows! Past history suggests it!
and is this Daniel Smith, from a LinkedIn profile? "I am a young entrepreneur, I like to turn a £1 into £5.I'd love to be a billionaire....". If this is the same Daniel Smith then I have concerns. I think we are just being targeted for a rinse and repeat at the moment. These guys would have been stake building at lower prices, not driving the sp up to simply take a 51% control of the company IMO. A case of heads in the clouds may be?
I've said what I want to say and I'll be back again no doubt when the rinse and repeat starts again but I hope if the motives of Smudgedan and Fundamentalanalysis aren't genuine, that this company goes bust and quickly so that people are put out of their misery, and not more people are sucked in to parting with their hard earned cash to watch this mess. On the other hand, if these two are honourable, and are attempting to take control of the company, perhaps with some cohorts, then I will be the first to congratulate them, as long as they do it for good reason, but as I say, history seems to suggest otherwise to me from past postings, and everyone should do their own research and read the past postings for these people IMO. I'd also add, that if these two and others were genuine, they could have bought a lot more shares at a lower price over the past year to increase their holdings for a take over, so looks unlikely to me but who am I to say!
now worth 15p!
you know my view, I had 6,000 shares costing 1k, diluted to 6 now worth around 12p! Says it all with this donkey which people just pump and dump and the company dilutes the hell out of. As I said yesterday, rinse and repeat.
I'm not, I'm trying to work out whether the motive of the rampers is genuine or disinegenuous and past history says the latter to me at the moment.
you posted this on Wednesday night, when you knew you had taken 13% shareholding of the company "Lots of confidence show inn the company for the director to buy that much .. First ptv director buy EVER ...(FACT)".
what, these guys are going for the 51% for control? If people would just spit it out it would make it easier then they just might get support, but when it looks like blatant ramping, it's a real turn off in my book, and I was in over a year ago so I'd given up here, but if it is just blatant ramping, as seemed to be the case before Christmas when it rose a little and then fell back again, and so more got caught out, then those who are doing it purely for that reason should be ashamed of themselves.
look back at your own postings! Company info says Leon Hogan appears to be Leonstrade on the forums, and ran some sort of business called Consumer Claims Matters Limited. Reveal yourself Mr Hogan and enlighten us as to why you have decided to take a 13% holding here and whether the info shown on the internet is yourself?
Leonstrade? Someone from Wales who ran a claims company? Reveal yourself and why you have taken 13% in this dog? If there is a plan to oust the board by a few of you then say so, but if not, then no-one in their right mind would buy in here IMO.
another donkey Mac, it's suddenly resurrected itself. Probably better chance than PTV and my 6 shares at 12p!
