more idiotic by the minute! :)
am I missing something? what's the point of holding 30% of virtually nothing? If you are saying there is no intention of taking a controlling interest then it's all in vain anyway, as the next round of dilution is likely to follow very soon as there appears to be no capital and not much, if any revenue? IMO
so why don't they answer the questions I have posed? As shareholders, we have a right to know what their intentions are as they have revealed their hand, and how they intend to fund it all, including all the debt, and whether there will be further dilution in the near term, because if they need to borrow a lot of capital, then surely there will be, and then the shares will be absolutely worthless IMO, they nearly are now!
oh, so another big ramping farse by Maccers then! I wish you well, but the history of this company tells another story of course with it's continued dilution!
Maccers indicated this morning that you were one of the gang vying for the controlling interest, is that right?
Oh how I wish it was but thankfully my drain is blocked!!! :)
clearly your ramping is in your own interests if you are attempting a controlling interest in the company with your twitter gang mates. In fact it's probably just the twitter gang who are buying because no one else seems to be! Good luck, looks like you'll need it. Hope others can see through it! :)
I'm not going to argue with you any more other than people can make their own minds up and to say that thankfully I only invested 1k, which I could afford to lose. I wasn't gambling with multiples of thousands!
you seriously are kidding yourself. I suggest you take a look at the track record of at least one of these people, as clearly you haven't done your research have you? As I say, throwing more money in to this company is throwing your money down the drain IMO, and I hope people read the RNS's that have gone before, look at the chronic dilution which is evident for all to see, and look at the public documents including year end accounts which are available for all to see here and on sites such as Interactive Investor, and then see if they really want to find themselves putting their hard earned cash in to this? It would be better off in the bank IMO and that's saying something when interest rates remain so low! and I remember when back in 1992/3 interest rates on mortgages went as high as 12%, and that time is looming again, as we have been living in a false bubble IMO, so people need to think long and hard about their investments, and invest wisely IMO.
And please justify this statement of fact you make. "But yet people far richer and with a tremendous track record are investing and heavily at that. " You make a statement of fact, so please name these far richer people, and who have a tremendous track record and we can check them out?
great to hear from you, and I totally agree with what you say. Would love to get out of the aim game myself, tried forex trading briefly a few years ago, but haven't had the nerve to give it a proper shot. Which platform do you use out of interest for forex? Keep posting matlot, as I enjoy reading your posts, and hope today is a good one for you.
how do you work out there will be a "new dynamic BOD and a growth story" as you put it? Please enlighten me, as I see it as something totally different and am far from convinced! Are you forgetting that there is phenomenal debt issues or are you just choosing to ignore it? How is finance going to be raised just to clear the debt, never mind ay working capital as well? and how do you know asset stripping isn't occurring which will leave nothing for a new BOD as you put it with nothing to work with? I'm sorry, but no one in their right minds IMO would invest here!
no, bought in on the last hike up about half way up, 6 months ago or so. I've sat it out for this long, so might as well continue. To be honest I had written it off, but who knows, if they get some contracts this year at some point, or may be a JV or take over, then I might well be glad I did, and if it doesn't happen, then it's not the end of the world, as I'll just declare the loss against my tax at the appropriate time.
it will come good again given time. GLA.
looked the 1 year chart and 2 year and can't see anything!
I got caught on the last spike here due to a cock up with the broker, so glad to see we are making some headway again at last. Have never understood why the government want to cut solar subsidies. If they would subsidise the cost of the panels themselves, I think a lot of us would be buying them, including myself! :)
Look at the charts (interactive Investor) - 31/12/2014 - pre-tax profit £'s -6.5 (m).
perhaps you would like to tell shareholders please how you intend to raise the £6,000,000+ required to just clear the debt, before you even have any working capital?
look at the sp, they were sells as far as I can tell! All of them around 3.10!
getting out in big amounts!!!
