what's happening? we providing solar power to Africa by ay chance?!!!!
whatever your feelings,trader-mick is absolutely spot on, the fact is that people like you don't like to hear it.
How can you say that when 6000 shares have gone to 6? It's a heap of cr@p this company and share, and it will go bankrupt before long. They've had a mass of money out of shareholders and I hope someone looks in to their activities, but as always with Aim, the directors get away with their antics. IMO.
for those who have just bought in and see what happened then. Look at the postings from then and they speak for themselves, and look at how the sp performed. Same old same old, rinse and repeat. I hope Daniel Smith has plenty of money to lose. IMO.
should say 12p ish I think it was, whatever, the same crew keep pumping and dumping it, and the company keeps on diluting!
and yes that it was happened just before Christmas because there were a certain number of people here ramping the hell out of it to make a bit of money from buying low and waiting for it to get to 2p ish, and then more people got caught out yet again when it dropped and didn't recover. The same thing is happening now, and people are daft enough to buy in clearly without looking at this company and it's atrocious records of dilution, dilution and more dilution. DYOR everyone and IMO.
Probably be another dilution tomorrow or before the end of the month and those of you who now hold 500,000 shares will down to zilch!
on this pile of cr@p is seriously deluded IMO. It's the same people ramping it again purely to make money shorting it. Nothing else IMO. As I have said before, I've los 1k on this pile of rubbish and following the dilution instead of holding 6000 shares, now hold 6 worth about 12p max. Diabolical.
asking if there will be a prosecution of the directors, but no response again! Baker Tilly are clearly not doing their job IMO.
shares got diluted to 6 in the last consolidation and originally cost 1k, and now worth 6p! A company like this just makes you sick!
been trying to sell for 17 minutes on continual re-quote and no joy with HL!!!
"The government is planning to slash solar earnings for residential installations. The Feed-in Tariff, which pays households for producing renewable energy, will be cut by 87% in January 2016. As a result, solar installations in 2016 will earn £8,140 less over 20 years than installations in 2015. Installations in 2015 lock in the current high Feed-in Tariff for 20 years meaning they will not be impacted by the cuts" source: The Eco Experts However it says residential, and doesn't seem to relate larger solar panel farms and their operations so far as I can tell. Mac as far as I am aware are interested in the big producers not residential households.
funds have been misappropriated by the company/directors, as I believe that is what some of you were saying some time ago, I don't understand why you don't go to the police and report the issue as fraud and let them decide whether there is a criminal case to answer for the BOD's? That's your only hope of some justice if you can prove it i.e. by looking at what fund raising was described for, and what it was actually used for, etc. Just a thought, but I do feel for those who had large sums invested here, it must be truly galling, and the directors will no doubt be comfortably off and clearly have no morals. Just my view.
I read a few posts and decided not to risk another suspension so sold out just before close and put in to that other share. Wish you the best here :)
I've not posted on this forum before but am invested here. I haven't really been following for a while but assume that RT has continued to build a holding here? I note in that Independent article someone posted that it says that Terry says that there are a number of AIM listed companies that are undervalued, and I assume he means this is one of them? I also recall seeing something a while ago that suggested that Daniel Stewarts intended to go in to foreign currency brokering, or did I dream this? I thought things were looking pretty good here so I'm surprised people seem to think otherwise, other than the company by the sounds of it need to get their financials produced, which I'm sure they will. Have I missed something?
I would suggest that for anyone who had a large holding, you probably consider going to the police and ask them to investigate if you feel there has been a fraud committed by the directors. Probably the more that report it, with large holdings, the more likely they are to look in to it. Only a suggestion but it depends on how individuals feel about it.
duxi I still have shares but Baker Tillys have never emailed or written to me until now when I tried again to get an answer from them as I have emailed before and didn't get any response about 2 months ago. Haso, I believe your assertion is right, had redbike and others not persuaded those who did vote to vote no, something might have been salvaged and in my opinion the Action Group leaders went about everything in a bumbling and fruitless way, and that is why I didn't join, as to my mind they hadn't got a clue how to tackle it. I feel sorry for those who have lost a lot here, I sincerely hope you make up your losses given time elsewhere but I now firmly know that mining shares are not for me. Best wishes all.
I had a small holding here. I have only just discovered where everyone is posting but this is the response I finally got from Baker Tilly's today for you to see. What I don't understand is are they acting on behalf of the company or independently? At the bottom of the letter it said on behalf of BHR so I assume they are doing the administration on behalf of the company which seems totally biased to me, and can't an independent investigation be carried out by actuaries? I emailed back asking for clarification and asking whether any criminal prosecutions are likely to take place regarding the directors. "Apologies for the delay in response. I can advise that following our enquiries into the Company there are insufficient funds to enable a distribution to shareholders. The Administrators will shortly be moving the Company to compulsory liquidation and all shareholders will be advised accordingly. I will ensure you email address is added to our mailing list so you receive all future correspondence in this regard."
may be appeal news is imminent?
should have said I didn't bail out completely!! :)
